I spilled diet Mountain Dew on my work computer. I immediately unplugged everything but unfortunately the battery was encased in the device and it was not possible to get it out before I heard sizzling. It was a delll precision laptop. Anyway I took it to batteries plus and they opened up the bottom of the computer and removed the (bad) battery. I asked them what tool they used to open up the computer, and it was this one. I ordered one so I could put the computer back together once it was dry. The next day, I put the computer back together (with the bad battery reattached, because the guy at the store said it was the kind of computer that needed to be attached to a battery even if it didn’t work.) anyway it never powered back on because I probably fried it. But this tool worked great!
