Yamasa Soy Sauce for Sashimi, 6.7 Fluid Ounce

This is my go to, every day soy sauce. It is not as salty as supermarket brands, and it has a wonderful flavor. It is great to cook with. Are there better soy sauces? Yeah, there are. But they’re also a lot more expensive, and for day-to-day use, especially with cooking. This is pretty much the perfect soy sauce. I actually have this in my subscribe and save because I love it so much and use it so much. And I have to say that one of my most favorite things in the entire world to eat, which sounds so basic, is just white rice with butter and this soy sauce on top. It is heaven.

We couldn’t find this locally any more so I was pleased to find it available online! We eat a lot of sushi in our house and this pairs very well with both sushi and sashimi. It’s the best soy sauce around!

I was ESTATIC to find out that they sold bottles of this soy sauce on Amazon. We do have an asian grocery in my town, but it's VERY small and they don't carry this brand. This stuff is, by far, some of the highest quality soy sauce I've ever had. To the point where my palette has been kind of messed up. Like, I genuinely cannot consume "cheaper" soy sauce, especially tamari from grocery-store brands, yuch. This is the ONLY Japanese soy sauce I like, ESPECIALLY with sushi. They give you packets of the stuff when you get sushi boxes from Whole Foods, which is what got me hooked on the stuff. Genuinely give this a try. It is a little pricy imo, but it's so worth it. (Also, the "spicy" flavor is not spicy, thank you to other reviews for letting me know that -- Unsure as to why it's labelled that way. It's just regular soy sauce.)

I like the soy sauce. The title stating it's spicy needs to be changed. This is not spicy at all. Great flavor, not spicy. I had purchased three bottles, one for me and two as gifts. I will be returning the unopened two.

I was raised a Kikkoman person and now I’m 75! I have been cooking more due to retirement finances and increased restaurant prices. I started reading about ingredients and discovered that Yamasa was preferred in Japan; so I decided to try it! Better late than never!

I cook with soja sauce every meal. This so far best taste for cheap
