Stuff works great for allergies. It's a little difficult getting use to pushing water through your sinuses, but well worth not sneezing all day and night long. Better then the 4 shots a weeks i was doing for allergies. Saves on tissues

I don't like writing reviews, but since the reviews on here helped me tremendously; I'd like to help someone else! Listen, I've tried everything, including prescription nasal sprays. This has been thr best experience trying to get rid of annoying nasal congestion. I've even tried Muellin Oil! It helped but the side effects are awful (belly aches). This solution is easy on your nasal area and is similar to very, light salt water. It's definitely more affordable them the OTC solutions and a lot more effective. I have terrible allergies, constant congestion and thus has cleared me up 80% and I've only been using it for three days.

I recently had sinus surgery and was having some dryness in my nose. I read about Xylitol being more moisturizing than regular saline so I decided to try this and I’m glad I did! My nose feels cleaner and less dry than when I was using the plain saline. I do wish that the packets were more narrow so that the contents don’t spill as easily when pouring into the bottle.

The Xylitol isn't noticeable. I use a coffee frother to stir the solution but it still takes 10 - 15 minutes to dissolve. The saline amount sees about right. There is no burning. I use it with room-temp RO water in my Navage. I never used the Netti Pot looking thing they sent with the packets.

It really works cleans all the boogers out and sloths the nasal passages I’ve tried both non xylitol and this with it and this is way better less than 18$ get it you won’t regret I used it for the first time have not had bad sinuses issues in two days really works well for me get it it works for me it may work for you

I have been using this every day! I sleep with a CPAP and when I use this I don’t even stop breathing 1 time and hour! Without using I stop breathing 3-6 times an hour. I would recommend this to anyone using a CPAP machine!

Until today I never had success with any unpowered nasal flush product. This works great. Throw out the Neti pot and similar products. What I really appreciate is being able to modulate the pressure. Thank you NeilMed!

Best nasal rinse ever used many but this is the only one that has released the mucus in my throat and addressed my post nasal drip
