Good and convenient for home use

I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a blood pressure machine from Amazon, but I have encountered a significant issue with its readings. The device consistently shows an incorrect DIA (Diastolic) value, with readings of 90+ for all family members, which is clearly inaccurate. However, the SYS (Systolic) value seems to be relatively close, though it has a margin of error of about 5-10%. This SYS reading only becomes more accurate after 3-4 repeated measurements on the same person.i have sent mail to nureca customer care...let's see if they can resolve it or not.

Hello there, Here is a honest review, the product and marketing look impressive. The product Dr Trust Smart Automatic Digital Blood Pressure Monitor BP Machine 101 (Black) STOPPED WORKING after 2 years of purchase, again very rarely used. I contacted the customer care as per their email . The support on whatsapp is very pathetic, they reply with generic links and say watch it and rectify it yourself. Very poor support process and Quality of customer support is pathetic. Please do not BUY this brand. Try another product from another reputed Indian company so that they respond with some professionalism. See image of the error. TRUST is not a true brand name of the product, they should rename their brand to NO TRUST.

Useful product with good calibration and batteries come along with product which can be used. However, the product also works with power cable. Easy to use with multi language and speaker option. Works along with app to sync and get organized data. Had an issue with few months and got piece replacement under warranty great service by the team. Working nice since then withiut issue. We need to pay for the one way charges though.

I purchased doctor trust digital bp monitoring machine. It was an excellent device to monitor your bp. I used this for an year later it shows error on display E4 then I searched for a support from Dr. Trust . They guide me us to send a product details and error video . Then they ask me to send the device to their head office for service by courier . After they received the product they send me the received confirmation and after with in a few days they send me the same device with a perfect working condition. They serviced that without any bill even I forgot to register the warranty. Even they paid for a return parcel service charges . They are excellent in customer service thanks for the support.
