I had been researching a probiotic while reading up on tips for an upcoming cruise. The article recommended this one as not only an everyday supplement but if you are traveling it's good to take a probiotic to help your digestive system with different foods you will be eating when traveling and that can sometimes be upsetting to our systems. I am happy with my purchase and while I have just started taking this product it has so far been good. They are easy to swallow, have no aftertaste and I did not feel any negative side effects.

After doing much research on brands and strains of probiotics, I settled on these probiotics to get my gut balance restored. After receiving the product and consuming for at least a month, I noticed a difference in my health such as less bloating, some weight loss, clearer skin, not sick all the time. These are now my go to after getting sick, taking antibiotics, etc. After researching it takes a time for your gut balance to be restored. It is recommended to take probiotics before eating anything first thing in the morning, maybe 30 minutes before eating and taking them consistely for at least 3 months to get the full benefits and if you hang in there you will see the full benefits! Very happy with this product and would recommend trying it!
