Small but loud
For personal use or beginners is pretty loud. Sounds good in small places.

Love it!
Love it! Great little amp! I have it set up on an end table beside the sofa with a Kmise Crunch Distortion pedal and a VSN Looper Chorus Reverb Delay Tuner pedal and a wireless guitar transmitter--I absolutely love this combination... Thanks and God bless! 🥰😺

Works fine but too tinny
I only wished it had a little more bass, but I think that because of the speaker size. I bought this to combine my MIDI tone generator and a small preamp to the size. I was able to open the back of it and there was plenty of room inside to mount a USB power supply and a wall-wart type transformer. It has an internal fuse on the transformer. I didn't really care much about the "drive" circuit, I think that's more for guitar distortion - so I can't say much about it except that it is an in/out switch. I'm using this for a Yamaha WX-5 Wind Controller and a VL70-m midi tone generator. WIth as much preamps and other things that plug into amps going USB, I think that a USB power jack would be a handy thing to add.

Super Tiny, but versatile and surprisingly loud.
This thing is super tiny... I was not prepared for how small the 20 watt amp was when it arrived. Not so much height and length, but width... it is very thin. Not a lot of bass, but that is to be expected with guitar amp speakers, plus the speaker is only 6 inches. Besides that, it actually sounds pretty good for music through the aux jack. As far as a guitar amp, it sounds pretty awesome for the size. The built-in distortion drive sounds great! I normally use pedals for that because most built-in amp distortion is not good enough for me. Definitely not big enough for a real gig, but for sure loud enough to piss off the neighbors. I imagine it will work okay for a small PA or monitor. Totally worth the $30 I paid.

Nice beginner practice amp - but......
Picked this up to go along with a Squire Affinity Starcaster I'm attempting to learn. Arrived promptly, as described, no issues with order or delivery. It's pretty, convenient, and priced right for a beginner. The volume, tone and "drive" controls work as expected. I haven't tried anything with the "AUX-IN" jack, but the input and headphone ports work as advertised. But there's always a "but" isn't there? In this case, there's two. First - advertised and marked as a 20 watt device. You might think that a budget 20 watt amplifier would move more air and be louder than a budget 10 watt amp. At least in this case, you would be wrong. With both the Starcaster volume and this amp cranked to max - it's barely audible outside the 12x12 home office where I practice if I close the door. I plugged the same guitar into a borrowed cheap 10 watt BCP amp - and it will rattle the doors across the hall! Wife and kids don't mind the lower volume - but I expected more. Also noticed a bit of the "hum" from un-grounded plug others mentioned. Minus 1 Star. Secondly and more importantly - I've had this amp out of the box for less than two weeks. While it's pretty, the finish is basically some sort of stick-on wallpaper like material. Which is already starting to peel off around the rear opening where power cable is stored when not in use (see photos). This is totally unacceptable, and I will address with seller. Minus 2 stars. UPDATE: seems this was "Fulfilled by Amazon" so Amazon is the seller. Option were to return for direct replacement, or return for credit. Decided to return for credit, and get something similar with a grounded plug and less "wallpaper" finish.

DO NOT BUY. WISH I COULD RATE IT AT ZERO STARS
First arrived Dead on Arrival. Sent it back for a refund and mysteriously a second one arrived a day later. This one at least worked. Bought this as a starter amp for my Grandson, so I plugged it in to try it out before I gave it to him. WOW, what a piece of crap. Clean tone was terrible and the drive was even worse. I know it wasn't because of a cheap guitar being plugged in. I tried it with my PRS 408, Gibson Les Paul and a Fender Stratocaster. It is terrible even for the cheap price. I returned it and went to Guitar Center and bought a Fender Frontman 10 for about $30.00 dollars more. Now that is a good beginners amp or practice amp for home. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this amp

Quality product for the money.
One of our grandsons(12 yrs old) has been taking guitar lessons and really likes it. He has an electric guitar and what I am calling a regular guitar. He has a large amp for his electric guitar that was given to him by an uncle which stays in his bedroom and that's the only place he uses it. He has been wanting a small portable amp to take different places so he can use his electric guitar more often. His parents suggested that for his birthday we could get him a small amp so that's what we did and he loves it. He played for us and we were impressed by the quality of sound that came out of it. I am sure he will want something different as he gets older but for right now this is perfect for him.

Needed to return because of 110 volts power, cannot use directly here in UAE because we have 220 volts here. And please put in the items description also the volts of the amplifier so there is no waste of time to the customer and from the amazon service worker.

The guitar amp was delivered on time. I actually ordered 2 of them. For a 20 watt amp, this thing works miracles. I especially like the overdrive button that allows you to have a very fuzzy sound which is quite cool. Without the overdrive the sound is alright as well. I have used it as well with a bass on approximately 2 or 3 on a scale of 10 and it works very, crisp sound. A word of caution however as it is not recommended to use a bass on a guitar amp at the maximum sound as you are liable to bust the speaker ? But at that price, it compares very well to my old 40 watt amp. Would buy again for sure !

It suddenly started smoking and lost power the first time I plugged it in . Not nice waste of money!
