I agree with the other reviewer who wrote that the heel is too large in these boots. My heel slips out of them when I walk. But I found it helped once I inserted a gel insole that covers only the inside heel part and when I had the lower buckle on the tightest setting, which seemed to help keep my heel more in place. Also, I have to wear thick socks with these. My other problem with these is that I think they are a bit too narrow across the top of my foot, so when I walk, I can feel them dig into the tops of my toes. I know they're not real leather, but I'm hoping that, with some time, they will soften up a bit and become more comfortable. They are a really cute boot and look very well-made, despite not being real leather. So I'm really hoping I will be able to wear them comfortably. I ordered the dark brown color, and it is exactly as shown here in the photo -- a nice dark neutral brown with silver buckles.

Having read previous reviews--expecially those remarking about the extra large space in the heel area--I was less inclined to order a half size up which I usually do when purchasing boots--leaving space for winter socks. But these are actually "fashion boots" and not large in the heel…so forget the thick woolies and plan on wearing your sheer nylons. While I'm still pleased with the look of these boots and definitely feel you get your bang for the buck, I was disappointed that the cushy sole that I've come to expect from Aerosole, are NOT built into this boot. In any event, I do like the look of the boot and will probably wear them lots --especially in the rain, saving my high priced designer boots for other occasions.

Love the style of these boots. I have worn them all day on a few occasions but I'm always anxious to take them off as my feet swell and they are tight at the end of the day. Great for a couple of hours though and as I said I love the style of these. Wish they were a bit wider at the top of the boot and well wider in the width of the shoe. Still I am really happy with the purchase of these boots!

Nice boots.. I bought the tan, which are a really nice shade of light brown. Color goes with everything. Like the height of boot, not ankle and not high...good for under or over leggings, jeans etc. The only prob. I have will be breaking them in, I wore once so wear..rubbed me a little in ankle...maybe I will try a little thicker sock. I typically always purchase this brand of boots....will definitely get several years of wear..and dark tan is a good color in addition to the regular black or dark brown boot.

The shipment arrived on time and within minutes of arrival, I took these boots out of the box they were packed in. There's just a bit of a synthetic aroma that you get when you open the box, but the boots looked like they were made well and of better quality than others in this price range. I took the packing materials out of the boots themselves and immediately put them on -- they're comfortable right out of the box. Granted, they're a little stiff around the heals because they're brand new, but otherwise, the 9B fits perfectly both in length and width, with good arch support. They're stylish with jeans or slacks, comfortable, and a great value. No complaints here.

I just got mine today ( 3 days early than expected delivery date so it's good). I was a bit disapointed because it runs a little big than the size it says. I am size 6.5/ 37 and ordered that size but it looks more like size 38. And it is very wide too. Other than it looks a little too big, I like the boots. I recommend you order half size than your size and it'll be fine.

These boots are almost great. They have a nice fit, a good tread, are stylish, and comfortable. The only problem is that the heel is very wide. It's too annoying for me, as after a while it starts to push down my sock as I walk so I'll try a few things to see if I can fix the problem, otherwise I'll be returning these.

These boots looked great! Nice details, heel height and shaft height. I can't seem to a get the right size though. My regular size was super tight, so I reordered up a full size. Those are way too big : ( I guess I'll try again in between. SO grateful for Prime free shipping and return shipping!

The fit was nice and the boot is nice looking but because it is synthetic, it didn't bend like leather...it was more of a sharp bend at the top that dug into my toes when I walked so I had to return them.

Love them, very cute looking and very comfy, I wore them on my trip to Italy, no issues
