Panasonic ES-LV95-S Arc5 Electric Razor, Men's 5-Blade Cordless with Shave Sensor Technology and Wet/Dry Convenience, Premium Automatic Clean & Charge Station Included. First off, I'm Frank, Cherin's dad and I'm the one who bought and uses the razor. Second, this review is for the Panasonic ES-LV95 Shaver/Cleaning Unit. I own a Norelco 9300 bought from Amazon a year or so ago. Never felt like that gave me a close enough shave, so I switched back to my Braun Series 7 (790cc-4) also bought from Amazon. That was certainly better than the Norelco, which I essentially think is useless, yet the Braun still didn't give me the close shave I felt this price point warranted. So after much reading, I opted for the Panasonic ES-LV95 Shaver/Cleaning Unit. It just arrived today, and I figured I'd give it a trial run with my 3 day old stubble. I just can't say enough good things about this razor. It works and so help me, it shaves just as close as a Fusion blade! I shaved face and neck...no issues and a VERY clean shave. I also have a shaved dome, and this beauty did a perfect job on my head. The shave is NOT noisy, it's NOT too big or too loud, but most importantly of all it works exactly as I always expected a premium electric razor should work. If you're on the fence, or comparing to other shaving systems you have to try this one out. Honest to God, if I could give it 6 stars I would. I guess the real test will be how well it holds up over time. I'll post updates as necessary, but for now suffice it to say this shaver is one of the best purchases of any type I've ever made!

I’m using the cleaning base for the Panasonic Arc 5, which only came with one cleaning agent pack, so I was thrilled to find this genuine OEM cleaning agent. These are surprisingly hard to find in stores—even during a trip to Japan, I couldn’t locate them, which is surprising for a Japanese brand like Panasonic. While there are third-party options available, I wanted to stick with the OEM cleaning agent to avoid any risk of damaging my expensive cleaning station. This listing includes 6 packs, and while the product photo shows them in a single cardboard box, they actually come as two 3-packs in official OEM packaging. I think that’s a nice touch—it gives extra assurance that you’re getting a genuine product. That said, it would be great if the pictures were updated to reflect this. The product was well-packed, and there were no leaks or damage to the cleaning agent packs. I swapped out the old cleaning solution in my cleaning station with the new one, and everything worked perfectly. I’m super happy with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone using a Panasonic cleaning base.

Good price and prompt delivery.

This stuff works well as far as cleaning the head of your Panasonic ARC shaver. But I sure wish it also lubricated the head in addition to cleaning it. My old Braun shaver used a disposable cartridge (yeah, not so good for the environment) that contained a liquid that clean AND lubricated the shaver head. Otherwise, this stuff is fine and is the only recommended cleaner for the ARC electric razors. It is su-posed to be changed relatively frequently, but I manage to get 6 months out of one packet by adding extra water to the chamber the 1st time the LOW water LED lights up.

Great product and service

This cleaning liquid does exactly what it is supposed to do. No complaints at all. It works perfectly with the Panasonic cleaning station.

Before this razor I used the Braun 9000 series which had Cartridge cleaning. I always felt guilty throwing away all of that heavy plastic every single month, changing monthly also felt gross. Especially that last week. With these I can change the solution every 2 weeks, which is a huge quality of life improvement for much less money. The packages also create much less waste at a much lower price and are easier to store. This method of cleaning solution distribution is superior to Braun.

I use this after every shave---clean my shaver head while it is being recharged. Lasts nearly 4 months.

Works well but I think it's very expensive for what it is

This product works well with my Panasonic shaver cleaning station and makes it very easy to keep the shaver looking new. I've seen other reviews stating the product has an unpleasant odour or that the packets were smaller than usual, but that was not the case for me at all. The product has a pleasant scent, and I was able to verify the packets and confirm they are the standard 15 ml size, the same as others I've purchased before. I appreciate that this product does not rely on alcohol to clean, unlike the Braun solution. Each packet lasts me approximately 1-1.5 months with daily use. When the price is favorable, it's worth purchasing some.
