Two is better than one when your hair is flat. :-) Review: tiny bottle, big salon energy 🧴 - this travel-size volumizing shampoo for fine, flat, easily-suffocated hair. perfect for trips, gym bags, or people who wanna try Pureology without buying the giant expensive bottle. came in clean, sealed, no leaking, no crusty shampoo boogers around the cap. the bottle is small but not stingy. like, it actually feels like a real travel size. it’s compact, but there’s enough product to last multiple washes, even with long or thick hair. it has that sturdy, slightly weighty feel that makes it seem more intentional than cheap minis. doesn’t feel like they watered it down or gave you leftovers from the factory floor. it’s genuinely a usable amount. the packaging is actually adorable and way sturdier than I expected. the cap snaps tight so it doesn’t ooze mystery shampoo everywhere, and the bottle doesn’t get dented or squished like cheap travel minis do. it’s cute, compact, and feels like it was made to survive girlhood chaos. the texture on this is actually so good. creamy, smooth, lightweight, not watery, not sticky, not that weird gel slime some shampoos have. it lathers FAST too. even with hard water it lathers instantly. rinses clean without that squeaky stripped feeling, but also doesn’t leave that gross filmy residue that makes you wonder if you rinsed enough. a tiny amount spreads like a dream, so you’re not dumping half the bottle just to get your roots sudsy. honestly one of the nicest-feeling travel shampoos i’ve ever used. the smell hit me immediately and it’s that bougie salon-core scent that tricks you into thinking you have your life together. warm, clean, a little floral without being grandma. not chemically and not plasticky. it legit smells like you got your hair washed at a fancy salon. it lingers without suffocating, not migraine-y, just clean, fresh, rich-girl vibes. this is where it ate. my hair is thin-thin and usually lays on my head like sad wet spaghetti, but this actually brought it back to life. real bounce, real lift, without that crunchy product feeling. the roots felt light and airy, not greasy, not weighed down. it gave that soft, natural volume. like… my hair actually moved instead of clinging to my scalp like cling wrap. honestly kinda shook. the ends stayed soft instead of frying out, which never happens for me. my scalp felt clean but not tight. feels like actual salon quality even in travel size. no cheap fillers, no buildup, no weird residue. texture, lather, and scent all feel premium. this bottle may be tiny but the performance is not. this container is lowkey a tank. it doesn’t crack, leak, or randomly explode in your luggage. the cap opens easily, even with wet hands, but it stays shut when it’s tossed between makeup bags, chargers, and whatever chaos is in your purse. totally leak-proof, sturdy, and shockingly reliable. perfect for weekend trips, overnights, tossing in your gym bag, or living in your car like mine probably will. tiny, compact, and doesn’t hog space. for a travel size? honestly worth the little splurge. the formula is so concentrated that you only need a tiny blob, so you’re not burning through it in a week like cheap minis. the quality is way above drugstore, feels genuinely salon-tier, and if you’ve been wanting to dip your toe into Pureology without committing to the $40 full bottle, this is the perfect test drive. you get enough product to actually see how your hair reacts, not just one sad shower’s worth. totally worth it. here’s the tightened, polished version in your exact review tone: luxury in pocket size. smells amazing, lathers instantly, and somehow wakes up thin hair without drying it out. gives real bounce, real shine, and that soft salon-clean feeling without weighing anything down. perfect for travel girlies or anyone with fine, flat hair who wants lift without sacrificing softness. absolutely would buy again.

Good Shampoo
I believe it works to add volume to my hair, but I use a volumized conditioner, too. Two is better than one when your hair is flat. :-)

Volume With Management And Shine
Bought this Pureology Pure Volume Shampoo and Conditioner for my grandaughter who colors her hair. She is outside for long hours in all types of weather and conditions practicing and playing college lacrosse which can be brutal to hair. Her hair is long, fine and straight. She loves this product (pink) as well as the Pureology Hydrate (purple) which helps restore the moisture and softness. Switching off between these two products helps her get maximum benefits. The smell is nice and we love the fact that it is paraben-free and vegan. Washing her hair about three times a week can take a toll on her hair and natural oils. Pureology Pure Volume truly helps enhance the volume and bounce with a gentle cleaning; color protection; and makes her hair so manageable and shiny. She loves it and so do I.

Gets rid of buildup!
I only use this if I have a lot of product buildup, or have gone more than 3 days of not washing my hair. It cleans my scalp really well, but It can be drying on my fine hair. After I wash once with this, I follow with Hydrate sheer shampoo and then condition with hydrate conditioner. I have clean, soft, shiny hair after

save your money!!! and your hair
honestly one of the worst financial decisions i made. not worth the money, does NOT work for my thin, color treated hair. i was using a drop of this at a time since it was so dang expensive and when i realized it just wasn’t working i started using the heck out of it and all together gave up. i bought this because i was told it was good for color treated hair but i dont feel like its washing my hair at all. it barely lathers up, it doesnt leave any sort of scent and definitely does not give my hair any volume of any sort. which whatever, its tough to do anyway.

Cuts the grease
I have fine 2B hair that's dense and very long. Ive been trying to find the right shampoo for years and everything was leaving my hair greasy by the next day. It would be completely flat, stringy, and greasy. This is now my holy Grail product. It sucks that it's expensive but I will gladly pay it at this point. When I first used the shampoo I was nervous because it definitely feels like a clarifying shampoo and I thought my hair was going to be instantly dried. However as soon as I put on the conditioner and combed through it felt very healthy and balanced. I've been using this for about 2 weeks now and my hair remains completely free of grease for days and has volume. This is definitely a game changer for me

Can dry your hair and scalp.
My hair isn’t oily, just very fine. This shampoo felt like it stripped my hair of moisture and it has in fact dried my scalp. For what it cost I really did want to like it. It was a disappointment.

After growing out my blonde I realized my natural hair is so oily. I couldn’t stand it I was washing my hair everyday and still looked so greasy by the need of the day. This shampoo is amazing! I can go three days without washing my hair and I get great volume. If your hair is dry this is not for you but if you’re tired of having flat greasy hair this is great.
