Good quality fabric in lovely colours and patterns

A lovely selection of ditsy florals - perfect for projects that might require a small scale. My first was project was a Christmas Stocking - inspired by one I seen online retailing at £75 ... made using Liberty fabrics. ... mine looks equally as gorgeous. The fabrics are lovely to work with and there's plenty on each strip for many projects. I rolled each of my strips individually and secured with a rust proof sewing pin ... leaving a tail of fabric about 6" long so I could play with pattern combinations. Oddly enough, I didn't get any of the patterns shown in the photograph ... but the selection I got was very pretty. These are a thin cotton - some even feel a bit 'chintzy' - seasoned quilters may be less impressed than I am.

Lots of reviews say that it's a good quality cotton, it's not,firstly the fabric is very thin and lightweight and if you look very closely you can see that the printing process the colours are bleeding out from the pattern outlines, and the raw edges frayed very quickly. That's the negative side of the fabric....the good points are the colours don't run, I joined three random pieces of fabric and sewed them together and then washed them with a non bio soap powder by hand and about 30degrees, let them dry naturally and then ironed them, they did not shrink or run,.....so personally I think that this fabric is very good to practice on and you can make some nice things with it, but if you want to make things that lasts for years, quilting for example then invest in a good quality fabric....hope that you find this honest review helpful

I bought this to do a fun scrappy project and I’m not disappointed the fabric is lovely and the prints are really varied throughout the roll. The measurements are accurate it’s quite a thin fabric I imagine it’s poly cotton but it’s perfect for what I needed it for

The fabric is lovely quality and a good variety of patterns. Quite a lot of florals but all work well together. I made them into a pretty quilt.
