So much nicer, good quality bottle, great angle for mess free irrigation.
Aha! Finally a better nasal irrigator. I thought my choices were pressureless neti pot, old school squeeze bottle or expensive powered counter space occupying devices. This bottle is definitely higher quality than the regular squeeze bottles, and I lovvvve the angle of it. Makes it so much easier and so much cleaner. No more water everywhere. And the volume of water is plenty. I like how you can do the pushbutton, though I don't understand how that would be enough pressure. But I like that you can simply squeeze it instead. But it feels like squeezing a higher quality bottle, not like crumpling a thin disposable water bottle. Definitely feel like I leveled up. So nice if I'm a little congested, it cleans me out so I can breathe! If I'm out doing yardwork during allergy season, I can come back in, clean up, and I have no big allergy symptoms. It can be a challenge to get water that's not from tap, but warm (but not too hot)...I'm sure others have figured out great methods. I just use the kettle that's already been boiled before and turn it on just enough to warm it up and that works.

My Sinuses are clean and clear now!
I like the price! Right amount of saline water for both nostrils. Two nasal attachments to choose from, one adult, the other for smaller names. So easy ,just put in one packet of saline powder and you are ready to put in one nostril;press the tiny button and the saline solution gently moves forward and cleans that nostril. Repeat in other nostril. It comes with a few saline packets. I ordered a large box of saline packets from Amazon. ALWAYS, ALWAYS use Sterile water. Tap water should never be used because of possibly introducing bacteria, or some harmful entity found in tap water. I sterilize my own water. This is very safe, cost effective, and I just put away my Navage system. Wished I had purchased this first! This can travel with you, won't take up much space. The tip I use if very comfortable. I am purchasing another one because I want one at home, the second to take with me on trips. Also, the second one will be a backup if and when the first one goes on the blink! You will never regret using this simple system.

Good but could be improved
Saline flushing has helped a lot during pollen season. The shape and function of this device makes it very easy to use. No need to contort your neck to get the bottle at an angle where the saline will dispense. The spring-loaded vent valve makes it easy to control the rate of flow of saline into your nose. Admitting the saline in small "pulses" and letting it soak for a few seconds between pulses seems to work more effectively than just letting the entire contents of the bottle just run through your sinuses in a continuous flow. For comfort and to speed up the process of dissolving the salt, you will want to warm the water. The process of measuring out the 300 ml (bottle capacity) of purified water into a measuring cup, adding the salt, warming the brew in a microwave oven, pouring it into the Neti pot and then treating yourself takes up quite a bit of time. Also, using the "pulse" application method, I have found that only 100 to 150 ml of saline is enough to do a good cleaning job. The remaining saline then needs to be warmed up again before using for the next treatment. It looks like the spring in the vent valve is steel. I didn't want to try placing the filled unit in the microwave oven only to find out that arcing destroyed the valve. If the vent was all plastic or rubber, this would not be a concern. If it was known to be safe to heat the filled unit in a microwave oven, the process would be much easier.

Love this product
I used to use neti pots 20 years ago or so. They look like Aladdin's lamp and when you tried to use them it would leak from the top and spill everywhere. With his design it is very easy and works well. I read that there was leaks but I had no issues with mine. If there was a leak all I had to do was tighten it and everything was okay. I microwave the distilled water with solution at 102° and it works perfect. Even microwave I have no leaks. I have bought two for my friends and have told all my business associates about this product and its quality. I'm happy that I purchased it.

Exceeded Expectations
I had been putting off using a nasal wash (psychological problem on my part) although friends and neighbors said it was not a big deal. I had a sinus infection and the ENT recommended using a nasal wash, so I finally gave it a try. My friends and neighbors were right. It was very easy to use and I had NO discomfort. I didn't expect it to be so easy. This product, and the way it's designed, made it very easy to use. I'd highly recommend it.

My first—happy with the choice
I had never done nasal irrigation—raised by my grandmother, she did it regularly (live to 102). My sinuses haven't been great for a while, I finally visited an ENT doctor, who prescribed irrigation (and Flonase). I already buy distilled drinking water, so it's very easy for me. Fill a measuring cup with water, stick it in the microwave for 30-40 seconds to get it warm, pour it into the container, pour in the packet of salt, screw the top on, lean over the sink, and let it flow. Rinse it out when I'm done, ready to go for next time. A very inexpensive but practical and easy to use product.
