These are great. Easy to take. They don't seem to burp fish. I am allergic to salmon and these are Salmon free. They seem to be working and effective with pain relief for my joints.

In order for my body to absorb vitamin D I have to take these and my D levels have improved so much thanks to this type of fish oil. There is no other that has done this for me.
