I recently purchased the GreenTouch 10.1 inch 10 Points Front Waterproof Industrial Open Frame PCAP Touch Screen LCD Display, and I am very pleased with the overall experience so far. Shipping: The shipping was impressively fast, arriving ahead of the estimated delivery date. The packaging was secure, ensuring the screen arrived in perfect condition. Performance: After a quick setup, I tested the display and it works flawlessly. The touch response is smooth and accurate, recognizing multiple touch points simultaneously without any lag. The picture quality is clear and sharp, with vibrant colors and excellent brightness. This is a nice monitor, worked fine out of the box.... sort of. There are NO buttons on the front of the monitor, ALL the buttons (on/off, brightness, input select) are on the BACK of the monitor. It is of course intended to be built into an enclosure, so the buttons on the BACK of the monitor can't be reached. Once mounted you can't even turn it on or off. BUT the mfg. includes a very nice looking wired remote. A cable attaches the remote and the remote is supposed to have buttons to turn it on/off and control the features. The monitor I received came with the wired remote BUT the buttons don't work. Well the on/off works, but the actually important buttons "A" and "M" don't work at all. They do nothing at all. The same buttons "A" and "M" on the back of the monitor work just fine. But impossible to reach them. The wired remote was well packaged and so I can only assume it is either the wrong one to go with the monitor, or it was shipped broken and nobody tested it. In any event, I'm happy with the monitor itself, but the broken/not working wired remote means it will have to be returned. Tried to contact the seller but Amazon seems to make that impossible. What I would like is to have a replacement wired remote sent. I already tried a spare cable (it is just a normal RJ45 cable) but still no "A" and "M" buttons. I will update this to 5 stars if seller can resolve the issue. The monitor itself is exactly what we were looking for so it would be a waste to have to send it back just due to bad wired remote. UPDATE a few days later... The remote is just five cheap membrane buttons wired to 5 pins and one shared return pin on the 8 pin RJ45 connector. So was able to "fix" the problem by wiring up 5 push buttons to a RJ45 cord, this is 100% better than the super cheap and broken membrane switches provided with monitor. Seller really should ask mfg. to use better buttons... I'm really torn regarding stars.... the monitor itself is quite nice, works 100% on all inputs, can be easily adjusted (after making a remote) and is basically OK. So I'm changing to five stars BUT anyone buying one should verify that their remote works.

I've only used it once. Fired it up to make sure it worked. Colors were vibrant and bright. Touchscreen was ultra responsive and flawless. Ill be buying more

This is second "GreenTouch" product I have purchased. The first was an infrared touch frame and with both purchases I have recieved outstanding service from Greentouch. I am so impressed with the customer service they provide. This open frame touchscren display is much better than I expected. Not only does it perform flawlessly, it is much more responsive to the touch than expected . I plan to use it for a small self-service kiosk . Connect it to power, use an HDMI cable and a usb touch cable, and voilá it works! There seems to be little to no lag past startup and the multi touch screen works consistently. The color of the display is great too. Overall the quality is just outstanding, I couldn't be more pleased. For now, this screen is perfect for what I need but I plan to buy more in the future!

I added this to my GSPro golf simulator, and it makes navigating the software smooth and intuitive! You can easily get through the menus and all the way into a game without needing a keyboard or mouse. It is a native 1080p resolution but will happily accept the 4K signal that the game is sending to the projector. This means you don't have to juggle settings on your PC. It will mirror exactly what is displayed on your projector and give you a touchscreen interface. The Windows on-screen keyboard can give you access to the hotkeys, but I find a wireless keyboard is a nice addition if you use a lot of hotkeys. The 13-inch screen is large enough to give you touch access to typical controls. It can be a little small if you need access to very small controls, especially at 4K resolution. If you have the space, I wouldn't hesitate purchasing a larger size. This is a really solid touchscreen for permanent mounting. It has mounting holes on the back for standard VESA. It can be attached to an articulating arm if needed. There are metal brackets along all four sides for mounting into a panel or cutout. The build quality is superb. It's all metal case with solid glass on the front. It doesn't flex with you are using it and feels solid even to excessively hard pressing. I think it would survive any golf ball ricochet. It does require three cables: power, USB, and HDMI for video. This lends itself to a fixed installation so that wire management is easier. They included all the cables that you would need to get set up. You could use a USB-C alt mode cable to transfer power, video, and USB, but it's a more complicated setup. The packaging made sure that the product was delivered safely. It seems like delivery services are getting less careful, and boxes take a lot of abuse. This is double boxed to prevent crushing, and then there are four foam corners inside the box. Given the durability of the screen and the packaging, there's virtually no risk of damage from shipping. Even sitting out in the rain wouldn't be a problem because the screen is sealed in a bag.

This was bought to make my own gaming table for the grandkids. It functions the way it should. The picture quality is good and it was easy to set up.

We embed this into our front panel ，and it looks great . an excellent product that has exceeded our expectations. no issues at all and it has worked for our project very well. Delivered on time , customer service is also very responsive and accommodating

I'm using this monitor with a raspberry pi for a MagicMirror2 project (home smart board), and it is fantastic. The monitor is crisp and bright, and the touch controls are fantastic for interactive components. The monitor itself is solidly built and very nice looking.
