Piece of Crap.
Quantity is there, no quality. Scratches allover the product.one piece broke about after two days of use. Had the opportunity to return. Didn't do that. Felt really bad . This was the first and last time I would buy from that seller. The seller lost a customer. They just don't know how to deal and keep a customer. Poor chaps. Hope you guys buy from other seller. And don't buy this plastic concrete crap. There's affordable other stainless steel or pure rubber weights. This crap cost me 580. Rubber or steel would cost you 1200 some like that. Good luck.

Honest review and feedback about delivery guy
The product according to it's price is truly worth appreciation. It's just 240rs including the delivery so it's really awesome. It's made of plastic and filled with cement or sand and it weighs exactly 5kg's . I brought it about a month ago so thought of buying 1 more set and got it. People saying the quality is not good should buy the ones that cost 20× more than 240rs ; don't complain when it's under 300rs . However I want to also let the seller know that the delivery guy is not doing justice. Since the product is heavy they try to let the day pass without delivering it and they themselves cancel it. I faced the situation when I ordered it for the first time so I ordered again from my mother's account and since the delivery guy was someone we knew, he brought it to me and even this time the same thing was about to happen so I requested that guy to check and he went and gave the payment and took the product and brought it home to me today.

Very good weights
Guys I have a small space for home gym. 28mm bar and 28mm steel dumbbell rods. These weights are very good, made by pouring concrete mix into molds. Have been using 1 year. They are not 5 star because the threading on the inside is plastic instead of steel. That only matters when you throw the weights on the gym floor from your height instead of placing it gently. Similarly no sand as I don't throw my plates. If you're gym owner, go for rubber(or metal plates) with metal threading (slightly more expensive). These are excellent in economy for home gym for simple user and gentle personal use. They are standard thickness and compact in size. One of 20 plates I ordered had a crack which was leaking sand dust/concrete dust, no matter I had another 3 X 3kg plates. On this seller the 26mm barbell rod fits perfectly with 28mm hole. The 14" rod and hole (read as 14 number not 14 inches) is a standard size. On another different seller there was slight hiccup where they gave me 28mm dumbbell rod(instead of one that fits in 28mm hole). The standard size for rod is 26mm, then 35mm then 40+mm. This represents the weight they can hold without bending. The 26mm rod is good upto 20-30kg no sweat. If you want 50kg+ 100kg then go thicker rod.
