Wow! This is not your mother's blender!
Amazing! One feature that is a necessity is powerful motor and this one IS very powerful and easily handles ice cubes! It has these sticky suction cups that hold it in place which you are using it instead of dancing over your counter surface. Only problem I had was trying to replace the blade unit in the base rather than on the container because I was unfamiliar with the operational design. DH corrected me and all is well. Easy to clean which is a Big Plus and the reason I stopped buying blenders years ago.

Great until it breaks, no warranty info
It's a great blender and it's cheap enough that I just replaced it when mine eventually broke (little under a year). The user manual specifically doesn't have the warranty contact information, and the QR code and website on the separate warranty registration paper just redirects to different advertisers. TLDR: Don't expect to use the warranty, but otherwise it's a very good blender.

Why it stopped so suddenly after I was using for a couple days and not haven’t used for 4 years
My machine just stopped working after 5 years and I only used a few times.

Nice gift for healthy moms
Got this for my mom and she loved it. Really easy to use and any spills are quick and easy to clean.Its small and compact so it doesn't take too much space on the countertop.

Pity about all the chunks and that smell of ozone is kind of strong!!!!
Pros - When it works its sure smooth - its attractive and takes up less space then I realized it would - those suction cups are no joke good!! - attractive and handy flasks. Cons - chunks when doing frozen fruit and vegetables - do not even try kale! just DO NOT.eeww parts of whole leaves in my smoothie. yuk - if you use frozen fruit with cold milk, it will freeze and jam - moderately strong smell of ozone. Verdict I wanted this to work. I kept trying. nope. I don't know if its the machine is defective or what. but I don't care. I just want to make a smoothie. hard pass

Excellent blender!!
Love it!! I make a power smoothie every morning. It works so well. Crushed ice with no issues. So glad I bought this blender!
