Unlike your other pickles, this one is not with a lot of salt or oil containing achaar. This is an authentic product just like the way your Nani or Dadi would have made. It has just right amount of masala, not overwhelming the real taste of the vegetable. Though a bit pricey, I definitely Loved it!
