Edly are very hard and sambar was too spicy

The item reached in time. But when we made it to consume it. The sambar is so sour (extremely khatta) that the complete dish is not worth eating. We had to dispose off all the four boxes that we had made. Money wasted.

Sumptious, filling breakfast for sure. The sight of 12 idlis and the sambar aroma makes you eager to taste. Though sambar could have been better if the mix was a bit fine (it was towards coarse side). Remember to keep stirring the sambar, else the daal will settle at the bottom. Will surely order again.

Value for money. It's so delicious. I don't love it much when I prepare it as it is. But add a little more water and a teaspoon of sugar? It enhances the flavor, increases the spice and is very filling and tasty. It gets you about 8-9 small idli pieces, 3-4 times the size of an inr coin? And thick too. As I said, if prepared right, it's very filling and very yummy, not to mention super fast. Just heat water in a cup for 2-3 minutes if u don't like stovework or it's a child. Pour the water and powder and mix it well then dump the idlis and stir again, you can cut the idlis in half for better soaking so it's a lot less hard. Cover it and rest for 8 minutes, then enjoy. It's worth it, IF done right. My first try wasn't good flavor, but I added some basic stuff and I now like this product better than a lot of cooked indian foods and even restaurants.

Absolutely unacceptable! The expiry date says 2026, yet the product was full of fungus the moment I opened it. This is a serious health hazard and shows complete negligence in quality control. Selling spoiled food is disgraceful. Consumers deserve safe products, not scams like this. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this product, and this matter should be reported to the food safety authorities for investigation.
