Finally decided it was time to give up vaping, after using vaping to give up smoking.. These are brilliant. They dont taste weird like the mint ones or make you want to cough. Takes off the craving immediately. Be careful chewing gum constantly as it will cause you to have bile duct problems. I just care it for a few seconds feel the itch for a cig to go away then take it out until I Need it again. I go through about 5 pieces a day which is nothing compared to a 20 a day cig habit.
