Love the low profile!
I bought this to use with my Fujifilm X100V and it is perfect! Excellent quality and looks, while protecting the lens from bumps. An added bonus is that the OEM lens hood fits perfectly! Just know that if you have a Fujifilm version other than the X100V the OEM cap will not fit. My solution (when I owned the X100F) was to simply buy an X100V lens hood. While JJC released a similar hood, this one is more compact, which I prefer. Highly recommended!

Small hood, works with narrow filter.
I’m using this in combination with a B+W filter from the XS-Pro line, which are thin enough to fit inside the adapter/hood combination. This is about as small a hood as you can get that still works with a filter. JJC produces a hood that looks similar, but is definitely a bit deeper. The quality is about the same, I can’t tell a difference. The original Fuji lens cap can be used to cover the lens, and the fit is snug. The hood does intrude a little into the OVF corner, but not massively, I don’t experience it as a problem. I have not seen any vignetting, but the hood’s shadow does show up on the bottom edge of flash images, this may not be an issue if you use the flash for fill in bright light as the shadow is narrow. I believe any hood will do this on the X100F. Removing the hood but leaving the filter and adapter in place gets rid of the shadow.

Best lens hood for Fuji X100VI
This is a great lens hood for the Fuji X100VI. Does not block the flash and has the adapter ring for a filter to weather seal the camera. I like it because it is very slim and reasonably priced. The original Fuji lens cap fits over the hood.

First Hood I've Actually Used
I rarely ever use a hood on my lenses, however, to use filters on the Fuji X100 series cameras, you need an adapter that screws onto the 23mm f2.0 lens and then provides the female threads to use 49mm filters. All of the third party adapters for the Fuji X100 series come as part of a hood/adapter kit. The adapter also acts as a bayonet mount for the hood and a spacer between the lens and filter glass to prevent the lens from hitting the filter glass when the lens moves out to focus in macro mode. Most of the X100 hood designs are cone shaped and flair out, adding unnecessary bulk, and partially blocking the view when using the viewfinder in the optical mode (OVF). This hood slants in, looking more like a lens cap with a large hole in the middle, and it provides more protection then most hoods do. Plus, the build quality, fit, and finish are excellent and match the finish on my Fuji X100F. The hood is designed so I can keep a UV protection filter on the front of the lens with the hood mounted and still use the original Fuji metal slip-on lens cap that comes with the X100F. Most hoods are too wide on the end to use the original lens cap and require other solutions like a 49mm snap cap. The only complaint I have is that you have to use a UV protection filter with a thin ring or the hood will not screw onto the adapter all the way and then prevent the use of the original lens cap. Because it works with both a UV filter for protection and the original X100F lens cap and provides extra protection for the front of the lens, I just keep the hood on the X100F all the time unless I use my CPL or an external ND filter.

Great design, great quality, great value
Fits a X100V perfectly, the Fuji lens cap slips on nice and snug, the hood design keeps the camera compact and looks nice and integrated to the lens. In contrast, the Fuji filter adapter is irregularly shaped, the standard design lampshade hood adds thickness to the camera and you can no longer use the lens cap. And Fuji costs $75, this costs $19. Fuji has modified the lens design for X100V but the overall dimensions of the lens is supposed to have stayed the same as all the previous X100 cameras. Apparently not, based on customer complaints about the X100V lens cap having a loose fit on the Haoge hood for the previous X100 cameras. So it’s very impressive that Haoge has modified the product and came out with a product specifically for X100V. This product gives “Made in China” a good name. BTW, I did use a slim profile filter.

Great fitting, low profile, works-with-filter, original-lens-cap-fitting goodness!!!
I was a bit skeptical about this product after reading reviews about trouble with the threads. Dunno if I got lucky or what, but mine screwed in easily on the first try and fits great. But what really pleases me is the fact that I can put a full size filter (in my case, a Cinebloom 5%) between the adapter and the hood, WITHOUT ADDING ANY MORE BULK! The hood actually covers the outer edge of the filter entirely and hides it within. I think the bright red ring of the Moment filters are kind of silly looking so this was a doubly awesome surprise. I'm very happy to have a low profile hood, my camera properly weather sealed, and the lens protected— all in a compact but affordable package. Double bonus for accommodating a full thickness filter and managing to hide it as well. All this without mentioning... the original lens hood fit snugly on top. Ingenious design! The color match to the black is not 100% but as you can see from my image, it definitely looks right. You'd have to be a real stickler to take issue with it.

Great x100F hood that allows use of lens cap from Fuji
After using the JJC lens hood (that is more of a copy of the official, and overpriced, Fuji hood) for my x100F, I decided to also try this hood by Haoge. I was very happy with the fit and finish. It threads onto the lens just as it should with no gritty feel. My B+W 48mm UV filter fits into it cleanly, too. The main benefit of this hood over the flared JJC is that I can use the x100F's lens cap over this hood, whereas with the JJC I had to remove the hood from the bayonet to use the cap. I'm still not sure about how the hood looks to me personally, but it does its job as a lens hood and filter holder. I'm also thrilled at the price. I would buy this again with no question if something happened to mine.

Earn the patina!
Had one on my x100f for several years and loved it! Well made and matches the color of the camera. Adds great protection and weather sealing to the lens. After a few years it also developed some beautiful patina!

コンパクトで、愛用のポシェットに何とか収まった。 純正のキャブが装着出来るのが良い。 シルバーボディにブラックのフードを購入したが、精悍な感じになった。

Good addition for my Fujifilm x100v. Discreet hood that doesn’t protrude. It’s good quality and protects both against sunlight but also from touching the front elements of the camera. Plus it looks good. Many people ask if you can use this with a filter. For the x100v the product description says that you cannot, but it’s not entirely true. I combined it with a slim UV filter and it was a perfect fit. I’m not sure if it would work with a thick filter though. Some people had issues with the original Fujifilm cap not fitting tight. I tried it and it has a very good suction. It doesn't just fall of. Of course if you push it or rub it against something it will eventually come off, but I would be very confident having the cap on. To be honest I don't see the reason though. If you combine this with a UV filter you are good to go.

I bought a JJC one first, but right after installation find out that it's too much protrudes from my camera... There are too much space inside looks like for 2 filters. Didn't tried, just sent it back. I want the hood to be as short as possible but protect my lens. I ordered this one and it's fit just perfect. Designed for flat line filter but also support a standard BW if you are not annoyed by the fact that the hood is not screwed to the end by the thickness of a hairline. Nothing critical. The best option for me. I'm not using lens cap, just this adapter with hood on it and UV inside.
