I have used Altamont grips in the past and have found them to be very high quality in every respect. These J Frame S&W grips are no exception. I bought these to replace the factory rubber grips that came on my S&W 442 revolver. The craftsmanship and quality in these grips is second to none. They fit the 442 perfectly and feel very good in my large hands. Although appearances are secondary to function, these grips do look very nice. One crucial aspect of these grips is that they are cut properly so that I can use my HKS speedloaders. The factory rubber grips had too much material in the wrong place and would not allow their use. Value is the sum of an item's quality, price and practicality, and these grips are well worth every penny. Stay safe out there, and God bless!

These grips are beautiful with a smooth and comfortable feel. They were very easy to put on my .38 Airweight!

It fit my S&W 38 perfectly and is a big improvement over the factory grip. It looks great too!

I usually don't write reviews but this product is great. As nice as my $200.00 grips from other companies. Fit,finish.wood grain and workmanship are flawless. I replaced the original banana grips on my S&W chief with these and the ergonomics are greatly improved. My hands are fairly large carpenter hands and i get a comfortable two finger grip. I highly recommend these grips.

Bought these for my S&W Model 63. Perfect fit and look great, but was surprised by how stubby they are; wasn’t that apparent in the picture. Pinky finger is in the wind, under the heel of the grip. Given they’re on a .22, in my case, there’s no recoil to control, but wouldn’t want to put them on a .38, unless you’re planning on pocket carry and value size over control. Would much prefer enough real estate to get a full grip, so one star deduction.

Fit right on my J frame Smith and Wesson. Very nice fit and finish. The color is really close to grips on my 2020 colt python.

Nice very nice! Gives my 642 some class! Took 2 minutes to install fits my palm better than the original rubber grips and better trigger control!I still like the rubber but now I have 2 to choose from!

This fit in a way you wouldn't question it if i had said its "factory stock" .. i mean wow thats some fine cnc machine you got working.. congrats.. worth every penny.. ordered a second for my k frame the minute i put this one on my snubby...
