Adapts my faucet to supply a drip system. Well made and easy to use.

We live in the second driest state in the US. In the Summer, humidity soars to about 25%. sWe bought our home in the 70's and still have and evaporative cooler that is ducted into all the upstairs rooms. Many, many years ago we had a leak in the copper tubing that ran from the water heater area into the attic. Removed the tubing and have run it outside ever since. The homenote US Standard Faucet Adapter, 3/4'' to 1/4'' Hose Adapter is the perfect connection for my purpose. It is solid and well made and needs no compression fittings. We have a hose pipe leaving the front of the house, attach a splitter, one for the hose and one for the cooler using the Adapter and viola, works perfect. (Over the years have made many improvements, including the ducting of our evaporative cooler, but have never even considered air conditioning, even had a furnace attached humidifier for a few years, but love our system. The only downside is that some insurance companies will not insure a house with an evaporative cooler.

I got this to put on my rainwater barrel so I could water my garden with drip irrigation instead of having to break out a hose, and it works great. It's very durable and easy to put on - the spigot on my barrel is metal, so it just threaded right on without any issues. The tubing hooked up quickly and easily. It's held up nicely all winter through snow, rain, and wind and has not rusted. Overall, this is durable and easy to install and significantly better than the plastic options.

Used to connect drain vinyl pipe to GE Dehumidifer. The pipe needed to be narrow enough to fir a floor drain grate. This adapter made the conrraption possible.

Use this item over s similar product that has a blue ring around it so he can hand tight it. The challenge with the similar item is that tightening it the blue rainbow will spin around the brass and it will not get tight enough to not leak. This is the item that you want that you can put a wrench on it give it that last eighth of a return quarter no leaks works great. We're using it in multiple on off situations daily. In our situation, this was a great purchase.

Excellent product manufactured anybody wants to connect Water Line they should buy this product only I purchased from Home Depot. It was garbage. I lost more than 1 thousand gallon water all night was going in to drain.

Very nicely made, tight tolerances between nut, barb and line make for a snug fit; Work the nut onto the plastic line by rotating then soak the end of the line in hot water to make installation easier and snug over the barb. Used it to replace a plastic faucet adapter that kept blowing off on my RO water system cant beat the price for 2 with washers..

I used it for my sprinkler system, and it works great. Easy to install, no leaking. I prefer the durability of this to plastic
