So thankful for this supplement in a liquid! Multiple types of ginseng *and* ashwagandha is hard to find. Its helped me whether a lot of issues and fatigue this year. Would recommend. Has a nutty flavor.

I wanted just ginseng like I purchased before. However, I figured I could use the adaptive properties of the other ingredients. I was scared they would cancel each other out, but so far, I seem to do well with one dropper in the morning before work. I have a little pep, but I’m chill at the same time.
