These photos are only after one use!! I’ve been looking into teeth whitening for months, even years now! I went to the dentist and they told me a price of $500 to get teeth whitening! No way. I knew there had to be something out there to get my teeth white without handing over that much money. When it comes to this kit... PROS: 1. I absolutely love that you don’t have to mold the mouthpiece to your mouth prior to using. 2. The mouthpiece is separate from the light (two separate pieces) so its super super easy to clean after using. You just remove it from the light and run it under the water and dry it off. 3. The mouthpiece itself it amazing in that the way it’s built prevents the gel from getting in your mouth and gagging you (had others that didn’t have this and I barely made it without wanting to vomit from the taste of the gel) 4. The timer! Uhm, yes please. This is probably my favorite thing. I love that you don’t have to remember how long it’s been in, constantly checking the time. Turn it on, and it turns off when the cycle is complete. 5. Simplicity. This kit is super easy to use! You just put the gel on the mouthpiece and click the button, put it in your mouth. And wait. After the proper time- the light will turn off on its own and you can take it out. 6. It’s quicker than other kits in the time it has to stay in your mouth and the results seem impressive so far! Also comes with 3 syringes of gel. CONS: 1. When the gel DOES get in your mouth, it is really nasty. But that’s expected, right? 2. Does require you to use quite a bit per time (I only use half) otherwise I would go through it super quick. 3. The first time I used it it hurt my teeth (typically my teeth aren’t sensitive so I was surprised) but after the first time it didn’t hurt at all. Maybe my teeth just had to get used to it..? I absolutely love this kit. I think for the money it’s a steal. And the results are shocking. I didn’t expect to have that much whitening from just one treatment. Will definitely purchase more of the gel when I’m out and continue to use this product. Recommend this for sure.

This kit comes with a 9 day supply of whitening gel even though the instructions say to do this for 7 days. I ended up doing the full 9 days, but I’ll explain how I did it at the end. There’s a trick to this and I wish I would have figured it out before day 3, but better late than never, right? It worked for me personally, but may not stimulate the same results for everyone. I would also like to add that I have healthy teeth that whiten well. Hope this helps!! **before treatment** I lightly brush my teeth with charcoal (3-5 mins). I have a jar of it that I bought here on Amazon for like $4 and it lasts forever. Charcoal helps removes stains from your teeth and removing the stains before will help the gel penetrate more effectively. Ta-da! Rinse your mouth to remove the charcoal (I use warm water because I’m impatient) and follow that with a good flossing. **time to treat** Seriously just follow the instructions. They are easy to understand and it takes no time at all. Oh and grab a little towel because if you’re like me you’ll get slobbery a few minutes before the light turns off and it will feel like eternity. Ha! **after treatment** Brush your teeth with your favorite toothpaste and you’re done. I use an ultra soft toothbrush when I do this because of the amount of brushing. I split the treatment up a bit because my gums and teeth started to become sensitive around day 6, which is normal for me, so I waited a few days before starting the last 3 treatments. Next time I will do a 5 and 4 split, but of course you can customize it to fit you. Silly me forgot to take a before photo, but I’ve had plenty of compliments. I started at solid 5 on the tooth chart they provide you, but I am about a 2 or 3 now. That honestly depends on the lighting. I’ve read a lot of reviews that the light quit working, but I haven’t had that problem yet. I will find out in a few months when I do this all over again. Overall, I don’t believe that I would have achieved the results that I did if I hadn’t of taken the extra steps, but I would probably say the same for any other whitening gel provider. This one was on sale when I purchased it, but still affordable at normal rate. Alone it would have probably gained me 1 shade, however, using the charcoal method alone would have only gained 1 and that one I know for a fact (that’s why I have the charcoal in the first place). The 2 methods together really made the difference.

It works! There's a card included that I assume is meant to indicate how many treatments you'll need depending on the yellowness of your teeth. Based on which color matched my teeth best, it looks like I'll need 4-5 treatments to get the "full benefit", whatever that may mean to you based on your preferences. I've done 2 treatments so far, 2 nights in a row. I am definitely seeing improvement already, even after the first. My teeth are INCREDIBLY sensitive, I can't use strips, especially on my bottom teeth. After the second treatment my teeth felt a little sensitive, but it's nothing compared to using strips. I will probably do the next treatments every other day, just in case. I saw a lot of reviews about the LED light not working. There is a small plastic circle in between the batteries which is meant to protect the batteries during shipping so the light DOESN'T turn on and burn out before the product is received. Once you remove that it turns on fine. All of this is included in the instructions. However, this was just my experience. Overall, it's a good product and reasonably priced. I don't think I'll need to use more than one syringe to get what I need. 4 stars instead of 5 because it makes my teeth a liiiiiittle bit tender (this is just the nature of whitening though) and the taste is hardly enjoyable (obviously). Would recommend!

Pros: the kit was packaged very nicely, easy to assemble, contained adequate amount of the gel to use for 9 full days/treatments, and the light worked and was easy to operate. Cons: I feel like it made a minimal difference in whitening my teeth. Maybe 1 shade? I have attached my before/after 9-day treatment picture, and tried to take it with the exact same lighting both times (so many of the before/after comparison pics on here have completely different lighting and filters, that makes it impossible to compare!) Sensitivity: I had an odd experience with this. Every treatment was completely fine with no stinging/burning/etc EXCEPT randomly the 7th treatment really stung/burned my gums and stained them white for about 12 hours in a couple of spots. I have no idea why it did that, as it used it the same way each time. And the 8th and 9th treatments had no issues, pain, or staining. Altogether, I didn't feel it was worth the money for the minimal change it made. Perhaps would have been more impressive if I had more yellow teeth to start. Will likely try another method for whitening in the future.

My husband had bought this originally and after just 2 days of him using it once a night I could see a significant change in whiteness of his teeth (and he didn't have yellow teeth to begin with), I knew I needed to try this. Now, I am generally pretty wary of teeth whiteing products because I have had a problem with sensitivity in the past but I have been using this every night (with the exception of one night) since recieving it about a week ago. I have smoked for over 5 years and as a result my teeth have yellowed. I am in the process of quitting and as motivation I wanted to whiten my teeth. My teeth in less than a weeks time have changed in at least 3 shades and I have gotten compliments on my teeth since just the 3rd day. And the best part: no sensitivity! I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to whiten their teeth at home effectively, even if you have sensitivity problems. Oh, and it doesn't hurt that you can get a free refill if you send a picture of the code to the company within a week of receiving your kit!

These are my initial impressions after examining the contents of the kit and using it for the first time. I paid for it in full and received no compensation from anyone for sharing my opinion. The price point is excellent compared to similar kits. The kit is very well organized In a sturdy box and extremely easy to assemble for use. The hardest part was removing the top battery and removing the thin clear/bluish disk between the two coin batteries. It was easy to dispense the gel onto the front walls of the mouthpiece. I found it easy to place the device securely into my mouth and arrange my lips comfortably over it. It is important to ensure that your front teeth are pushing firmly against the front walls of the mouthpiece where the gel is located, and I rechecked the placement periodically throughout the process. When ready, I pressed the button to start the timer and light. For reference, my teeth are not terribly yellow and tend to whiten relatively easily. I have started drinking coffee again recently and wanted to deal with the minor staining I have noticed. My husband and grandson agreed that my teeth went from level 4 to level 3 on the chart that came with the kit after the first use. My husband’s teeth have a much yellower tone than mine. I will update this review once he has used it and I have used it a few more times. I should be able to get mine to a 1. My only complaint is that this kit does not contain a product to desensitize and remineralize the enamel as some of the more expensive kits do.

Used several times with no visible results.

I have never used an at home whitening kit before. I read through the reviews. Several people recommended using a charcoal toothpaste prior to whitening so that is what I did. I found some for around $5 on amazon. Step 1: Brush with warm water and charcoal paste. Step 2: Rinse mouth thoroughly. Step 3: use My smile whitening kit for 10 -15 minutes, as directed. Step 4: Rinse mouth. Step 5: Brush teeth with cold water and regular toothpaste. Step 6: don’t eat or drink anything for 1 hour. When I started my teeth were off the color chart stained. They were yellow with coffee and soda stains. I would say they were at a 13++. I am only on day three of using the kit, and my teeth have already dropped to around shade 4.5-5. That is more than 8 shades difference. My upper gums are a little sensitive immediately after the whitening, but within an hour or two, they are back to normal. I haven’t noticed any tooth sensitivity. I plan to continue using for 7 straight days. Then use as needed after that. If i develop any sensitivities I will alter my plan, and update my review. UPDATE: After day 5 I did notice some tooth sensitivity, so I did wait for 2 days before using the kit again. Then I whitened every other day for 3 days. All in all it was a total of 8 days of whitening over 12 days. My results are pretty great. I went from a shade of 13++ down to a 3. Which is quite a significant difference. I would definitely recommend this product to others. I will be use this again in 30 days for a refresher for sure. As directed of course.
