It helps me focus and perform my movement much more fluidly when I practice. I really love to do Tai Chi to this music.

Good Tai Chi music

Doesn't fit
Its rhythm doesn't really fit tai chi movement and meditation. It seems a little fast. Pretty music but wasn't worth the money for me.

Excellent CD pour pratiquer une technique physique asiatique, par exemple le Qi-Gong. Musique agréable et apaisante aussi pour toute autre circonstance
