JConcepts 0043 Illuzion Bandit Vxl Body Clear

Fits perfectly on my traxxas bandit and was super easy to customize

This is a decent alternative to the stock Bandit body. Be warned (some people don't understand this apparently) it is a clear body with window masks that you have to paint and trim to fit. The 2 I bought I did in Jurassic Park and Retro Traxxas schemes. I have not run them yet so I can't comment on durability.

I ordered this for my son who loves his RC. He damaged his previous body so I ordered this one for him. When the box arrived, we could not believe that a 12 inch body could fit in a 6 inch box. It was badly bent because the body was pushed inside the box. When we removed it, both sides of the body were creased where the front part had bent because of the box being too small. My son was upset and wanted to ship it back but being a 15 year old with a very fast RC, he decided to keep it. The stickers hide the crease so that's ok. What would it have taken for the seller to have used a slightly bigger box? He would have received 4 or 5 stars but due to his packing negligence and the fact that a smaller box means smaller shipping cost, he only gets 2 stars from us.

didn't realize that it was a completely clear body with absolutely nothing on it. it comes with a crap ton of jconcepts stickers and five sky blue stickers that wouldn't even fit the design plus it doesn't fit the car. thanks a lot.

I needed a body to replace the stock body that cannot be removed because of the wing. So i got this body and it fixed that problem. I also like the aerodynamic look.

Unless you have an old Bandit without the waterproof electronics, this body WILL NOT fit. The side scoop is too low for the receiver case. I bought this and the only way to get it to work is to cut a sizable hole in the left side. Go with the Traxxas body.
