Adds a great new flavour profile to your spice rack!
I discovered this stuff in a supermarket, while my wife and I were living in the Southern USA. Sounded nice, so I bought a bottle to give it a try, and was instantly hooked. This stuff is delightfully versatile; we've used it on fish, chicken, eggs, and vegetables to great effect. For example, halve and de-seed a spaghetti squash, liberal doses of olive oil on the exposed innards, hefty sprinkling of Sazon, into a 400F / 205C oven for an hour. Take it out, scrape out the squash's flesh with a couple of forks so that it turns into spaghetti-like strands, mix to distribute oil and spices evenly, and you've got a delicious pasta substitute.
