Gamila Secret Cleansing Bar, Original, 115 Gram

I use this for my face mostly but it is the best I have ever tried. Gentle yet cleansing. I originally bought it directly from the Druze Village in Israel 20 years ago and I still cannot find better.

I ordered this sometime in 2015 and I'm still using the same bar. I got the stone soap holder to go with it and it's beautiful. Not only that but there isn't any build up on the stone. Smells great, feels great but I would definitely say to get a moisterizer to go with it. Depending on your skin type it may be just a tad harsh.

I'v been using Gamila soaps on and off for more than 3 years now, it works well for my sensitive skin. However I do notice the last 2 soaps I got (one is wild rose, one is lavender) has these sand-like little bumps inside and you have to really scrape them off before directing applying on your face. I am not sure if Gamila is decreasing in quality due to the rising popularity...

The last time I used it was couple years ago and recommended from a friend. I really enjoy the scent and the ingredients. However, it’s too dry to use it during winter

This soap is amazing. I have highly sensitive skin and it is wonderful. And, I am very happy to be able to obtain it in the States. I was lucky to meet the originator if this soap last summer and brought home three bars. I will be ordering more soon.

I super like this cream bar:) I am using it to wash my face and have a bath too. It would not dry out my skin. I even bought the one for my dog, and she likes it a lot.

The box was open and looks very old.

Tolles Produkt, äußerst sparsam im Gebrauch. Hält bei mir etliche Monate. Ich benutze zur Gesichtsreinigung nur diese Seife. Immer wieder.

It lathers well and doesn't really have any smell to it. But it stripped my skin of moisture so badly that I needed to apply a heavy moisturiser afterwards. I have combination skin that usually corrects itself after washing, without the application of a moisturiser. I haven't got as far as using it for the 4 - 6 weeks they recommend to get nicely hydrated skin because of the negative effects of using it for 10 days. It might be better used on the body (haven't tried it yet), but if so it's far too expensive to be used for that IMO. If it worked on my face I'd stick with it as the bar should last well. I've read reviews saying how small the bar is. I think the size is ok given it's intended for facial use. But the packaging is big so it makes it look worse when you open the box and find a little block hidden inside.
