Can Love birds eat this?

I have an African grey and this is what I feed her. But I also have Love Birds. This one is a bit to large for Love birds. I also get from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007TULBKM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 that is what I feed my Love birds.

Are they small or big?

The pieces are small and medium size. My grey and cockatoo are parrots n they eat them.

Would this be good for a quacker parrot? or is there a better option? thanks

I have a sun conure, red lored Amazon, and a quaker parrot who all have eaten this. My quaker does usually dip it in her water to soften it and it makes a huge mess so water needs to be changed but short answer is yes....it will be fine. If it is just one parrot you have, then maybe a smaller food would be better but it is ok
