I love this kettle, but make sure to take your measurements, for some it might be big, but it means I don't have to keep filling the electric kettle all day long. At most I fill it once or twice a day and it keeps the water warm constantly. So far everything works exactly as it should, so I am satisfied and I was surprised that it took less energy than my old, smaller electric kettle that actually looks like a teapot. **One word of warning, **Do Not plug in first thing,** **Read the Instructions First!! ** This kettle does not have an on/off switch as it made to keep water warm around the clock. **You need to Clean it First, **Fill it with water Second and Then, **Plug it in Third. Thankfully I noticed my mistake pretty quickly, so no damage done but the heater on this works really fast and if no water is in first thing, the water sensor might not notice that there is nothing in it and then I don't know what might happen. My Bad for not reading the instructions through first.

Purchased this urn Oct 2024 and now in Feb 2025 you can no longer get the pump/Shabbos feature to work. Obviously the gasket or lid issue but too expensive to have to replace after only 4 months. Really disappointed since our last urn lasted a few years.

This urn didn't get a higher review from me because the weekday dispenser just stops working, for long stretches,a nd then comes back to life. Not a big deal, but kind of strange. However, we have it on nearly 24/7 and have had it for several years, and it's going strong, so really can't complain too much!

Nice and small and compact for a small kitchen, but I expected to get more use out of this than just one year. Very disappointing. And the thing was not cheap --$80!!

This urn meets and exceeds all of our expectations and requirements. A "5-Star" purchase in every way.

The interior materials are of low quality. The various plastics used will disintegrate over time, eventually allowing small pieces of plastic to enter the water.
