I had a very quick response from the company. I was incorrect about there not being 2 pieces. The 2nd piece is film and, expecting glass, I didn't feel it in the pouch and threw it away. Supposedly, the glass CAN be removed but I'm afraid of damaging the camera so I won't try it unless it becomes necessary. Therefore I've changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. The cardboard envelope says 2 pieces, there is only one. The instructions are for the film, not the glass. It is NOT removable, as stated. There are no instructions for the glass. As a result I am literally stuck with one on my brand new d810 and one on my brand new d750. In a way, I'm glad they left out the pieces for the top.

Product was shipped timely and arrived as promised. Installation was very easy and presented no problem. I can find no fault with the product or the service. Would recommend to a friend but it is too good any of my inlaws.

An excellent product that does the task .The well written description informs those that are capable of following directions. I had my shield in place with in a minute. Worth the investment.
