Powerful, easy-to-clean food processor
Powerful, easy-to-clean food processor that both bakers and meat lovers will actually use. My wife and I have been using the Ninja NF705BRN Professional XL Food Processor for everything from vegetables to meats to grains, and it has been a workhorse in our kitchen. It has plenty of muscle (1200 peak watts) and doesn’t struggle when you’re processing tougher ingredients. What we appreciate most is how practical it is day to day. Cleanup is simple since the bowl and accessories are dishwasher safe, and it’s not as loud as some other processors we’ve owned, which makes it nicer to use regularly. The attachments are genuinely useful, not just filler. The chop/quad blade makes quick work of meat and veggies, and the dough blade has been great for my wife’s pastry projects. The slicing and shredding discs get used constantly, and the included storage box is a nice touch because it keeps everything organized instead of rattling around in a drawer. The 12-cup bowl is a good size for family batches, meal prep, and entertaining, so we’re not stuck doing everything in tiny loads. If you want a kitchen device that feels built to last and actually earns its counter space, we’d recommend this one without hesitation.

Loving it!
I have to confess that I was planning on keeping my Cuisinart forever, and just replacing the plastic parts as they broke. I was totally sure that no other food processor could be as good as it.... and I was totally wrong. A plastic safety feature broke off 2 days before Thanksgiving and I panicked because I couldn't find anyplace to get a new part in time. So I spent an hour or so reading reviews for other food processors and chose this one. I bought it from Amazon because they could deliver it the next day, whereas the closest store I could pick one up was 6 hours away. I am telling you this so you understand that this was a desperation purchase. But I could NOT be happier. The first thing I noticed was that the turning mechanism was NOT part of the base, so there was no hole in the bottom of the plastic bowl like I was used to. This means that when I turn it on, that initial surge wouldn't make stuff drip out of that center hole and get all over the food processor. It also means that if you want to soak it when you are done, the water won't be pouring out of that hole - you can fill the bowl totally up with water. The lid has a gasket so if you overfill the bowl, it all stays inside when you turn it on. The chute is SOOO nice - no more of the funky extra piece that my Cuisinart had that makes it VERY difficult to clean when you are done. When you use the disk, it is low enough that any vibrations are NOT going to reduce the life span of the bowl, but high enough for you to put a reasonable amount of stuff inside before needing to remove some to add more. When I made a smoothie with frozen strawberries, the machine did it absolutely effortlessly. The chopping blade is amazing - the amount of time it takes for this gadget to chop everything into beautiful tiny pieces is miniscule - I was still putting stuff in the top when I noticed how well everything was already chopped. It has suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place, which is also VERY nice, since my Cuisinart liked to take a tour of my countertops. All 3 accessories fit inside the food processor for storage (I don't know if the dough one would fit in there as well, but I will never use that). There are just a few things that I would like to see improved. The main one is that when you are done, all the lights start flashing. If you have sensory issues like I do, you may want to think twice before buying this - it make my heart start racing and I can't turn the thing off fast enough! I would like the chute to be wide enough that I could put a whole cucumber in it to be sliced. I would REALLY like another disk that could make thicker slices, and I totally understand that it wouldn't fit inside for storage. And it is going to take some time to get used to the pusher. It fits in the chute SO well, that when I first opened up the box, I thought it wasn't included - only to later realize that it was already on the pusher. And I am still having that trouble 2 weeks later - not realizing that it is there until I put something in the chute and nothing comes out - LOL. My Cuisinart's pusher was white plastic, so it was obvious, unlike this one that is made of the same material as the rest of it. But in general, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it. Oh - and one more thing. The bowl is higher than I am used to, and I was having trouble getting all the tiny garlic pieces off the sides of it. What I did was fill the bowl with water and dump it into a strainer. Ta da - the bottom of the strainer was full of the garlic, which I could easily put into my wok!

If you need one by this one!!
This thing is amazing. I’ve used it for several different things (shredding cheese, making a puree, and chopping veggies) and I can’t get over just how good it works. It works insanely fast, I chopped 4 zucchini’s in literally one minute and shredded 4 bars of cheese in 2 minutes. It’s impressively quick, great sturdy quality, and it’s so easy to wash! I wouldn’t HIGHLY recommend this.

Superior unit
This was purchased as a replacement for a Cuisinart we had for years. I almost bought another one but a friend had one of these and I loved the way it worked. The price was just right and it works like a dream. Mine didn't come with the storage tray but that's ok. The slicing blade is is actually thinner than my old unit and that's somehow better! It seems that it locks in sturdier to the base too. Super happy in a busy kitchen!

Love This Thing
The XL size is perfect for meal prep or cooking for more than one person, and the results are always consistent. The blades are extremely sharp, so everything comes out clean and even (and definitely handle them carefully when cleaning). It cuts through tough ingredients fast without turning things into mush. Cleanup is simple, the build quality feels solid, and it saves a ton of time. Overall, this has become one of the most-used appliances in my kitchen. If you cook regularly and want something powerful, versatile, and reliable, this Ninja is absolutely worth it.

Perfect for making Peanut Butter!
I bought this Ninja food processor to make peanut butter. I read online that making homemade peanut butter can be hard on a food processors motor so I got this one because it said the motor was so strong-1000 watts. Well let me tell you, this thing delivered! It made peanut butter in under 10 minutes and the machine base didn’t even get hot! Not to mention it’s super easy to put together and take apart. It takes minutes to clean despite having a number of pieces to wash. I also found using it super simple. I read the instruction manual which walked me through using it the first time. Overall, it was really simple, easy to clean in my opinion, and made exactly what I asked for. Definitely keeping this beast in my kitchen. Also the suction cup feet work GREAT. I didn’t have to hold the machine down. It did all the work for me!
