Buyer beware, open when new.
3 out of 10 usable. I bought a bunch of these last year and just opened the last box, and the picture show there are 7 of them welded together, at what is supposed to be the open end. They are not usable, and because they are a year old Amazon will not return them of refund my money. There were several other boxes that had one or two welded, but I just bought an extra box to make up the bad ones. Now I am short and have to buy more to live.
