Do I use this after I shampoo my hair?

Yes. Use after shampoo. Then use as a deep Conditioner for 30 to 60 minutes while sitting under a Hooded dryer.

Should i use this after i shower using normal conditioner? or don’t condition in the shower on days i plan to use this?

This is a protein treatment conditioner. If you have high porosity like I do (I'm 4C) you may need protein every week. I shampoo twice weekly - 1 with protein conditioner, the other with moisture conditioner. Depending on how your hair feels after the protein treatment is rinsed out, feel free to follow-on with a moisture conditioner. It is totally up to you to do with your shower or not. My hair shampooing process is lengthy - I would hate to be naked and wet for so long. I shampoo, put the CD in, slap on a plastic cap, go about doing what I need to do. Time it/ rinse/ apply other CD, etc.

I think it’s vegetarian but I know it definitely isn’t vegan because it has honey which is a shame because this would’ve been the perfect product for me
