Are the balls on the ends solid silver or hollow

As far as I know they are solid,the rest of the bangle is solid,and it’s a really great piece of jewellery.

As this item weighs more than 7.78 g it is required by law in the UK to be hallmarked but it isn't! Why not?

Not hallmarked because according to the jeweller I used to get it plated it isn't silver(stirling or otherwise)
