Bought this to monitor my parents' BP, and it's perfect. The device itself is very accurate and easy for them to use. The best part is the app—it's wonderful! It logs all the readings and provides graphical representations, which makes tracking their health and sharing it with a doctor so much easier.

These electronic BP devices only give you an indicative reading so, it is always advisable to get a checkup done with a manual device. Bought for my family. Went for Omron thinking this was Japanese mfd but was in fact, made in Vietnam and China. After doing some extensive research online found there's a noticeable difference of opinion bet people who've bought devices mfd in Japan vs other countries. Unfortunately, the Japanese mfd models are out of stock or not sold in India. As we've been using Omron for years considered it reliable and upgraded from the 7120 to 7156 which has an electric adapter port and purchased an adapter separately from Omron. USAGE EXPERIENCE: After checking the readings have been disappointed with vastly different values in the same measurement for a normal healthy individual when compared to a manual BP device at the local clinic. Found glitches in the display and memory as well as date and time resetting automatically which is very irritating. In measurements, it was off the mark by 5 to 10 points when the margin for error is usually 1-3 points. These made me question the blind faith in Omron until now unfortunately, there is no better alternative avail in the market. CALIBRATE: Would therefore recommend anyone purchasing this to get it calibrated at the Omron service centre every 3-6 months and to check against a manual device before first use and at other times. These devices are very sensitive to handling. WRIST DEVICE: If you can afford it have a backup device such as the Omron wrist measurement device. Surprisingly, it was giving more reliable readings when compared to a manual BP device! Having both will give a better idea of the average.

Lovely BP cuff, so easy to get an accurate reading. When I tried to register this model with Omron it didn't work as it says not purchased from an Australian based company. But its still good value for money and so far has worked very well.

This replaced my older version. There is no hassle getting the cuff in right place. Very accurate and easy to use.
