I haven't actually started taking these yet, as already had another brand to use up. But they are supposed to help digestion, help with weight loss, lower cholesterol, reduce blood sugar levels. To be honest on 3rd bottle of different brand and haven't noticed any benefits. These maybe different. Hope they work for you. Taste nice though!
