It works but with side effects
Makes me happier and have better appetite, sleep better and less stress. However, I had experienced some side effects over the weeks. first 3 days, ringing ears twice a day and then woke up with hot flashes at night. those symptoms stop and then 4-10 days, got tooth aches and pimples and stomach ache, very drowsy and sleepy all day. Note: those sides effects are something I don't normally have and I m sure it's because of that pills. last thing, my period has always been normal, but now, it comes very little, and it comes very late. I m still using it just because it helps me with my anxiety, depression and makes me happy even it just help a little, it helps. I m hoping side effects goes away if not I have to switch to something else.
