Big help with neck pain
Great product! Before I had it I woke up with neck pain but since using it the neck pain has been gone!

Very uncomfortable
I got this pillow for some neck pain I had been having and it was too uncomfortable for me to use. The dip in between the lobes is too low, causing my head to tilt back too far in an unnatural position (and this using the lower lobe). I may as well hang my head off the side of my bed. Also, there is not enough room in between the lobes for my head to rest without the lobe behind my head pushing into the top of it, which is very uncomfortable. The seller refuses to take a return (unless your pillow is still packaged), citing in their email to me " we know you would not have been happy had we sent you a product that someone had previously tried out." This is true, but I wasn't suggesting they resell my pillow, but not making any exceptions with returns is ridiculous. I will never buy from The Therapy Connection company again. Some more info on the pillow: it's basically a piece of foam with the lower lobe measuring 4 inches high and the higher one measuring 5 inches high. It's pretty firm with not much give. There is a nice pillow case that goes over it. We let it air out outside before trying it out and had no issues with any smell.

Best for back sleepers.
Takes some getting used to, but this has helped my neck pain so much! Best for back sleepers. Side sleeping on this is okay but not the most comfortable. I wish it weren’t so rigid but understand that’s the point of the support. I miss being able to squish and hold my pillow.

Good purchase for people with chronic neck pain
I have chronic neck pain (dystonia) and love this pillow. I use the smaller bump to support my neck in a comfortable position and it seems to give me better alignment. This is my second and I still use the first when I stretch with a foam roller.

this is an excellent pillow!
Forty years ago I broke my neck in a sporting event. My neck has bothered me all my life requiring periodic Chiropractic adjustments. Late last year my neck finally gave out and I had to have ACDF surgery on C4 - C5 - C6 vertebrae. Months before having that surgery I bought this pillow from the recommendation of my Chiropractor. It cut the discomfort level at least in half. As a test after having my neck partially fused, I've tried a regular pillow but the pain come right back. As soon as I go back to this pillow I have "zero" discomfort all night long and none throughout the day. For the price, this is an excellent pillow!!!!!

PILLOW TOO LOW
Because I just moved, I was not able to find the cervical pillow catalog I usually order from California, so I took a chance on this pillow. Disappointing as it is too low and is not enough support for my neck. Overrated. Additionally, I did not read the return policy (rather, the non-return policy) thoroughly, so I am stuck with the pillow. Will be ordering the other pillow as soon as I can locate the catalog. Stick with what works for you.

Wonderful at first, does not last
I have purchased about 4 of these. When I first get one it provides excellent support, as a side sleeper the bigger side supports my neck so that my head is perfectly horizontal and my shoulder is not compressed. The big problem is that after about 3 months the foam has lost integrity to the point it squishes down and does not support my neck. I can't spend $45 on a pillow 4 times a year!

Better than all others
I've had a neck issue for 30 years and have purchased many, many pillows. I've tried other kinds and other makers, but the ones that work best for me are Core pillows like this one. The foam is not as dense as memory foam. Although I have a Tempur-Pedic mattress, also memory foam, the memory foam cervical pillows are like putting my neck on a cement curb, seriously painful. This pillow is cushy but supportive without causing more pain. I switch from back-sleeping to side-sleeping all night long, so edge height is the primary issue. It lasts about 4 - 6 months for me. After that, it won't hold its height any longer on the edge that I used. I will continue to buy these.

If I could give this pillow 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Because I find memory foam not very supportive, and an irritant to my face and eyes, I have been searching for a long time for a traditional foam contour neck pillow (which they seemed to have stopped making in my region). This pillow uses traditional foam, and the contour is deeper than those on most memory foam pillows, enabling the lobe to give your neck even more support (I find the contour is a bit too shallow on most of the newer cervical pillows). I am so grateful I finally found a pillow using traditional foam with a deep contour, and strongly recommend it for anyone who needs extra support for their neck. It’s worth every penny.
