This adds an extra layer of frustration to the user experience. In short, while this phone may have some attractive features, its poor performance and stability issues make it a poor choice. I hope these issues can be fixed by the manufacturer in future software updates, but for now, my experience with this device has been disappointing. Looks great but thats all functionality poor,it reads the sim card for a minute then no more service totally, frustrating,unacceptable and unreliable. Bought as a gift for someone a real shame 😔.
