Best anime that I’ve come to love! I’d recommend this to anyone!
Me and the friend that I got this for we both were most definitely excited about it! It’s finally on Blu-ray plus also has a cooler case than the DVD ones!

So close to being perfect, yet so far
Now that the nostalgia has worn off with these new InuYasha Blu-rays, I'm able to look at them with more subjective eyes. As with Set 1, for the most part this show has never looked better. However, the way the frame skips during panning camera shots is still present. Now that I'm self-conscious of it, it does impede the viewing experience somewhat. And it's irritating knowing that, in all likelihood, Viz's Blu-ray transfer for the entire series has already been completed. So the issue will remain present in the remaining sets yet to be released. For some reason Viz seems incapable of producing a flawless Blu-ray release. It's not nearly as bad as Funimation's repeated butchering of DBZ with each new release. Nevertheless, some attention to detail would be appreciated.
