I’m often trying new stuff: toners, serums, creams, treatments. Most of the time it’s a mild disappointment, not bad, but not really worth the effort or money. Rarely, it’s a product that makes it into a regular rotation. Sometimes, it’s a big no, a product causing an outbreak or dermatitis, or just super-sensitive skin. In those latter cases I’m coming back to this toner to get my skin back to normal. Have been for the past 3-4 years. It’s not exactly a miracle. Does not make skin bright and shiny and healthy overnight. It’s not super-moisturizing (so you need to use other things in top). But what it is is healing. And calming. Every single time I get a disaster, a few days to a week of this product gets my face back to its prime. I still then go after other products, toners, serums, as this is not a one-size-fit-all, but this is a must for those disastrous times.

I am a huge fan of this toner. I have very dry, sensitive skin with rosacea and most toners either dry me out or make my rosacea flare badly - or both. Cica is like magic for my inflamed skin! I apply this toner with clean hands and pat it into my skin and it is the perfect base for my skin care routine. Feels amazing going on, soothes my redness and leaves my skin feeling hydrated, soft and replenished. Cannot imagine my routine without this!

It is excellent for sensitive skin that suffers from redness, I am using it daily and it has helped me soothe my skin, it is quite moisturizing. It is a product that cannot be missing in my daily routine.

The only way to make this better is to put it in a pump. I really don't like the packaging.

Product is good for sensitive skin, non irritating and or leaves the skin feeling dry. And because it’s a toner, I’ve noticed it helps slug off dry dead skin prepping your face for your next skin routine, making your moisturizer soak in better. The only down side was the packaging. The box it came in look tampered with like the last product I got from Cosrx ( the top of the product box was open) - so of course I felt causations about using it. Once I inspected it and made sure to see the seal wasn’t messed with, I felt better about using it.

This toner neither seemed to help nor harm my rosacea. It was recommended to me from some beauty vlogs on YouTube.

I got this to use when my skin is having a moment. I use actives in my skincare and wanted something to calm it down when I go too hard. This is a light silky toner that is just right. The cica is very soothing and it works to easy any irritation and leaves my skin so soft.

やっすいからどうかなあと思ってたけど、結構水分チャージしてる感じする！サッパリだけどほんの少しとろっとしてる感じが肌に馴染みやすくて好き 1回じゃ物足りないから、1回つけて乾かしてもう1回つけてにしてます。

Is really sticky. Immediately had a break out. I have an oily skin so got a lot of acne and those post acne scars. The internet told me that "cica" is just the product I should go for, to soothe the redness and this product just doesn't make it make sense. Lost a fortune over this
