Power Pong Omega Robot

I found the seller to have excellent service and delivered what promised. (Thank Q)The Power Pong 5000 Robot works excellent and is a lot of fun to practice with. The software package with the use of a phone or tablet to set up your practice sections is great and a lot easier to use than the controller box that comes with the unit.As much as I love the software version of controlling the robot it has room for improvement.1. I would like to see a link in the software that was called maintenance. Where the software show pointed to some video that talked about cleaning the table every day after usage and what to clean on the robot, and whatever other maintenance you should do on the robot, such as lubrication, changing of the wheels, or calibration of the parts of the machine. Ball washing machines and maybe even talk about PP paddles and rubbers a little.2. I would like to see a link to personal practice ist workouts that you could name, for each person say, Bill, Tom, Mary, Jane, etc., and saved and not erased when you reset the rest of the software to original to recalibrate calibrate the machine.3. In the software... I find the calibration mode hard to calibrate...4. In the software... It would be nice to have a list of links to look at different workout practices for us beginners to intermediate players.5. I would have loved to see the app work on windows computers or tablets.

The machine PowerPong 5000 is great. Yes it is not the cheapest. But if you want to spend money in quality, then this is the machine to buy. Very good for beginners and semi-professionals. You need a little time to find the correct altitude for the balls going perfect over the net. Then the machine is able to use nearly the complete table.The app for Android and Apple are very well designed and easy to use. The hardware-controller has a lot of functions and all the buttons are sometimes overwhelming. After several hours you will see that's easy to use as well.Delivery was fast and I received the package in good condition. First I was irritated, because they have forgotten the free carrying bag. BUT - GREAT SERVICE. Just one small email to ask what happened. Fast response and directly they send the missing part. Super and high level customer service. Fully satisfied with the product, the service and the quality.One small thing I'm missing personally: the Apple Watch app. Would be great and a big benefit, if I could use my watch instead of the small remote to start and stop the machine.Please keep in mind: I tried differente tables. One problem occurred with 5mm composite melamine tabletops. The machine is working, but a little bit too heavy for long time usage. You need to construct an additional support underneath. All other tables are working perfect.

only thing is the instructions were not clear. When I left a message, the sellercalled and walked me through it. I need some follow up support, but am sureit will be there. thank you

I bought the equipment to improve my own daily practice. As a beginner at age of 70, I still have the ambitions to build up the skills to intermediate level. This robot delivers the results!
