I’m 5’ 6” or thereabouts. Haven’t measured my relatively long legs. This device is wonderful IMHO. Bought the shoulder one as well, as this didn’t reach my neck and shoulders properly.

You have to turn t off all together hope this helps then when u need to use t just press button that you need x

It does the shoulders down to the base of the spine. The control pad is designed to be able to set for a specific spot on your back. You can also lay it down on a bed and lay on it, we haven't tried this yet. If it is any help it is very user friendly you can put in any chair and even take it into your car to use after a long drive.
