My 9 year old son has been using it for almost a month now. He's an AAU basketball player and his practices and games are intense. He used to complain some chronic pain around his heels and knees, and someone suggested arch support inserts. First time we put them in my son's basketball shoes, he said he felt like he'd fall forward because the heels got taller. I was a bit worried that it would be uncomfortable for him but he wanted to give it a go. During the first two-hour-long practice, he didn't even notice any difference and his feet were comfortable. Over a month now, he hasn't complained any heel or knee pain, and I guess the arch support really does matter and these inserts do the job! Planning to order more as needed in the future and being able to cut the inserts to make the right size makes my job easier and convenient!

This was recommended by an orthopedic dr. My son has flat feet and started to experience foot pain and these solved the problem! The quality is great and they fit perfectly in his shoes. They can be trimmed to size if needed. I am buying a second pair for his soccer shoes too.

It didn’t completely solve my sons foot pain but it did help! He has had some pain in his right foot since football started. I trimmed them down and put them in his cleats and he says that although it doesn’t frilly solve the pain issue it does help provide some more comfort. We coupled it with a compression foot sleeve with a wrap band and it has helped a lot better with this combination. I do think the cushioning helps his heal where it hurts the worst. Will continue to try different methods until we find one that works for him but it did improve the pain so for that I give 4 stars.

Unfortunately my son has wide feet with a high arch. He is always complaining that his stock insoles of any shoe make his feet hurt. We tried a few insoles prior to this one and this one is the best. It has a bit of structure to it and isn’t just completely soft. It fits well in his shoe without any complaints about tightness. Provides great arch support as he no longer complains about his feet hurting.

Good for small adults, too! I'm 4'11 and wear a size 3 kids shoe. Although thankfully I'm starting to find more size 5 women's which used to be impossible to find. I have a connective tissue disorder so all of my ligaments, tendons, muscle, etc is too loose. I also have very flat feet most probably related to my connective tissue disorder. These actually provide arch support and pain relief. In fact I had just gotten home from work when they arrived. My feet were aching. I put them in my shoes and before I even stood up I could feel the pain relief. I've worn them for several work shifts now. I'm in much, much less pain. They seem like they will last for a while, but once they finally wear out I am definitely repurchasing.

These kid’s insoles are great. Have had multiple pair for my kids as they grow. The arch is high and the heel cup is nice and deep for added stability. The gel in the heel is also nice for cushioning of sore feet.

I have bought these repeatedly for my active son! This has definitely improved the comfort of his shoes!
