I went into this fully expecting to regret my decision with a face full of broken capillaries but thankfully the opposite happened - I am impressed!! Some things to note: 1 - Suction is powerful, I took a star off for that, I think it's TOO powerful. I can't imagine using it higher than the lowest setting. 2 - Seriously listen to the instructions and practice on your arm before you go to town on your face. It took me a bit of time to get the hang of it. 3- Use it on clean and dry skin and use a mirror with a good light to see what you're doing. Some other things - as you can see I am very pale, my skin shows EVERYTHING as far as irritation which is why I used the lowest setting and only went over once before the device beeped and auto shut off. I also used a clay mask after and then a moisture sheet mask. I didn't have my facial steamer withe when I got this but I can't wait to see what results I get when I steam then wash then dry before I use it. My skin has some redness which I expected since I essentially power sanded my skin but overall my sebaceous filaments are gone, my skin looks and feels smooth, and my blackheads/closed comedones are massively reduced. The device looks nice and has a matte texture to it. I like how many filters they give you. I didn't love the button placement since it's easy to hit it when it's in use but for $39, it's a great product. I wish I took a better before pic but I will update my review once I use this every month or so. Overall this is a great buy if you can't afford facials as often as you'd like!

Before I purchased this item, I did a lot of browsing and research of at-home microdermabrasion devices. I wanted to find a product that was easy to use and would help my skin look better. I found the cost of devices to go from around $50 to well over $200. My thoughts were to keep the cost down - because I would be able to better evaluate whether or not using the machine was improving my skin. I figured that if I spent a lot, I might subconsciously see results that weren't there, just to justify the purchase. The NEWDERMO fit the bill perfectly. It isn't expensive, it came packaged well and it is easy to use. It has a variety of suction heads (5) and one can be used daily to lift your skin - I really liked that option. It's easy to charge and it stays charged for a long time (I've used it everyday for 3 weeks and have yet to charge it a second time). And, the best part is I'm very happy with the results. While, to be honest, I don't think it makes me look younger... it does make my skin look better! The fine lines around my eyes are much softer now and I love that. My deeper wrinkles around my mouth have improved a little but not as much. Overall, my face does look brighter. My skin looks healthier. This purchase was definitely worth it. My only complaint is that currently there is no way to reorder filters from this company. I did contact them and they stated that they are working to have reorders available in the future. (I did order another brand's replacement filters on eBay and hoping they work.) Because of the filter reordering issue I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars.

I saw the Newdermo micro-dermabrasion machine on someone's Instagram page and then after researching, I bought this one. It took a few tries to figure out how to move it on my skin, but once I did - it was amazing!!! By using the diamond tip, my sunspots are almost gone and my skin looks much smoother and softer! It's nice that it has 3 different suction modes so you can test out what works best. Afterwards, my face was a bit pinkish for about 5 minutes like the directions said, but that went away with no problem. I also used the small suction tip on my nose, and omgosh, I didn't realize I had clogged pores, but that worked so well too. Make sure you keep moving the machine over the area, so you don't get red suction spots from leaving it on one area too long. (Note: don't exfoliate before!) Then I tried it on my legs - and I could not believe the difference in the before/after. (Make sure you check/replace the little grey filter, because if you have dry skin on your arms or legs, that fills up very fast.) Overall this was a great purchase because of the ease of use and that it's small enough to fit in my makeup drawer and I can also take it with me when I travel. Now I am looking forwards to trying out the daily lift mode for the facial massage.

First time trying an “at home” microdermabrasion tool. Having spent over and over on facials, I thought it was time to try it out.. and well, let’s face it, Covid doesn’t make you want to go for a close face-to-face appointment nowadays..! After my first try, skin feels great. The instructions are very lacking as far as how to initially set up the product. Perhaps duh moment for me was looking to see where the little filter was supposed to go until I figured out that under the already in place piece was one ready to go 🤣. Another mistake was not putting the attachment base in line/flush with the machine top which created air gap and no suction at first. I do see a better blood flow to my skin. Also lessened blackheads here and there. All in all, I think this will be a good addition to my at home skin care and results should show more with a few more sessions. Oh and this does make me miss the serum being put straight into my skin with the professional microdermabrasion at the spa but I followed up with Nuderma Neon/Argon with my own vitamin C, retinol & hyaluronic acid serum and it felt a lot less dry afterwards.

Fantastic product! Good value for money!

This product was really awful for me. I always have clear skin and just wanted some exfoliation. Instead I got a bad breakout and also perioral dermatitis by using it, which is basically loads of little spots over the face caused by inflammation, and also a rash near my neck. I’m on oral and topical antibiotics now. It’s a shame as i’m on vacation and now need to look spotty all through it. I really think they need to redesign this product or warn against using for people with sensitive to medium skin.

I love this product! It’s gentle and powerful at the same time. My skin feels great! And much cheaper doing it at home with nearly same results!

This microdermabrasion machine is surprisingly powerful for home use. It’s easy to operate, charges quickly, and the suction levels suit both sensitive and normal skin. After a few sessions my skin feels smoother and looks clearer. Great value for maintaining fresh, clean pores. Highly recommended!!!
