No mosquitos!
I'm a bit of a nomad. I often camp out of my SUV (Pacifica Touring). I was going to use this net to make mosquito screens for my vehicle. But it's huge! It covers the open rear windows and open lift gate with ease. I use magnets to secure it onto the steel parts of my vehicle. I use clothespins to secure it to areas that are not steel. For instance, clothespins can be attached to the rubber sealing that surrounds the opening when the lift gate is in it's upright position. This net is also pretty. I place it in such a way that one of the openings falls center of my lift gate. I string fairy lights on it to create a forest fantasy effect. There was a terrific rainstorm the first time I used this net. Of course it got soaked, but I was able to close the windows from the inside without getting the net caught in the windows. The lift gate was a little more difficult to maneuver. I removed the clothespins from the inside and then lowered the lift gate electronically. The part of the mosquito net that had been covering the lift gate was lowered onto the ground. So it got a little muddy. However, the whole thing dried quickly and served well for another night of camping. It also washes well in my front-loader. I think it might get tangled if washed with other clothing or even washed separately in a top loader. The curtains are attached to a square that would normally serve as the ceiling to a canopy bed. Loops are attached to the square, which makes it ideal for hanging anywhere you want. Oh, mustn't forget the best part! That first night out: mid-summer, rainstorm, hot, humid and buggy. But I slept well and had not a bite!

No Mosquito Bites in Zika Caribbean
I bought this net for my travels to the home of family members living in the Caribbean. With all the fear of the Zika, I thought to get this net in combination with both natural (for my son) and deet mosquito repellant for myself. This net has multiple uses and has LOTS of fabric lengthwise-- I got the single bed size but was surprised at how wide it was as well. I believe I even a full bed would work fine. Both myself and my son slept on a bunk bed with him on top and myself on the bottom and we got full coverage. My 9 year old cousin assembled this and attached it to the ceiling using a strong double sided tape and the rope it came with looping it through the already made loops on the edges of the net along with 2 of the screws attached to items already on the wall. It was easy breezy!!! The next morning we both woke from a pleasant night's sleep with NO mosquito bites!! I the net worked great for us and is very flexible in terms of use on multiple bed types/heights and as mentioned as a plus, it was a so simple to set up. I was so grateful for not having any mosquito bites that left them my net because they need it more than I do and I'll likely get another one in advance of my next vacation.

Perfect. Nice and strong.
Love this! I built an outdoor platform bed/ lounge chair for outside under my trees.and I didn’t want a net that hangs from just the center. This one has six loops in a rectangle to hang from. It works perfect! Nice and strong. My dogs have accidentally walked on the bottom, and it’s still intact. No rips or tears.

Pleasantly Surprised
Dealing with a bad mosquito infestation right now and a few aggressive ones invaded my bedroom. For the last few weeks they've been ignoring all the electric traps and yeast traps I tried laying out. Apparently I am a SNACK because I was waking up to 6+ bites every other night, sometimes losing hours of sleep with how itchy it was. I can't stand the smell of DEET and don't want to inflict it on my partner either, especially not indoors. Coconut oil deters them, but would wear off halfway through the night. I had reservations when I opened the package because the holes were bigger than I expected, but since putting it up I don't get bit in bed any more. I do get bit immediately when I leave the net, but I just make beeline for the coconut oil and lemon eucalyptus diffuser and that seems to help minimize the biting. It is not a very long net, but there is string provided to lengthen it if you prefer. Our ceiling is low enough that we can just tuck the ends under the mattress. We used command strip hooks instead of the provided hooks because we rent and don't want to damage the ceiling. They seem to be holding up well. Will come back to edit the review if any funny business happens. 7/29/23: After about a week of usage, it seems pretty hit or miss. The mosquitoes we have are quite small, and either they manage to worm their way in or they sneak in during the very brief moments when we're opening the net to get in. I've had 2 nights completely bite-free, and 3 or 4 nights with bites. Every time I get bites in the net, I've had to take down the net for 12+ hours to "reset" it, so to speak. Ever the optimist, I'll probably continue to use it, and I still think it can be useful outdoors. But at this point I'm looking at other solutions (allergy meds to help with the itchiness, switching soaps, etc). The command strips do fall down every once in a while, usually if the net is pulled too taut. I prefer that over ripping the net, though.

It's allowing me to sleep at night
I bought this, along with a metal frame, to use for mosquito protection. It's keeping the mosquitoes from attacking me at night, so 5 stars for that. My story of woe started when I brought some of my deck plants indoors while the deck was being worked on and did not realize that they harbored mosquitoes - a lot of them. It's a challenge to get rid of them once they set up house indoors, but I am seeing a definite reduction in their numbers since putting this netting up. No more bites keeping me up at night, so this netting was more then worth the price. It's not as delicate as it looks because it has some stretch to it to help it withstand the pulling and tugging of everyday use. I didn't buy it for decorating purposes, but it looks nice for that, too, especially if you have a four-poster bed frame to put it over or have ceilings/ceiling beams that are low enough to hang it from (hardware to dod that is included). I'm super happy with this netting. It's working really well and I am no longer wakened by that horrible high buzz near my ears!!!

This is the mosquito netting you've been looking for
This is exactly what I wanted! It's also exactly what's pictured. I ordered from another seller and got a ridiculous, cheaply made, circular one. I was both the squinty eyed and shouty. Anyway, I am 5' 11, I can stand upright under this comfortably, though not with my arms raised or in heels. This shouldn't be a problem. I'm actually going to use this while I'm camping, so the heels bit definitely won't be a problem. Because I'll be using trees and such to hang it, I may add on a bit of extra netting around the bottom, but for general use in or around the home, I don't think it would need it unless you're much taller than me. Or you like to wear heels. All the time. You go ... er ... Girl? Hey, I won't judge. As far as for use camping, this net is somewhat sturdy, it's not the ethereal netting that you might find in your fantasy boudoir. That being said, it's not ugly. Not by any means. It's just that slight bit heavier, which is going to come in really handy camping, or for any use out of doors, or where you just need a good net to keep the bugs out. It's not nearly so heavy that it would impede your view. I'm for stargazing, this is going to be perfect. I didn't measure the actual circumference (Is it still a circumference if it's a square? I'm pretty sure I should already know this.). It is certainly bigger than a single, and it does have two openings. If I had to guess I'd say it's at least my arm span, which would be close to 6 feet, in either direction, so it's not small. It came with hooks, and the cheap plastic anchors (if I were going to use it in my home I would probably use some sturdier ones), and also some of that cording that is going to just turn into a long piece of useless string as soon as it gets a little bit snagged (this might be sufficient indoors but I think I'll use some proper cording for the camping). It has eight loops for hanging, the four corners and the four sides. And while I did not make a thorough inspection of all of the seams, it seems to be pretty well put together. The loops were well sewn. I was thrilled to see that it was actually packaged in a small drawstring sack. It rolls up tight, and does fit back into the sack, and is perfect for travel. In fact, the color of teal of the sack exactly matches the color of teal of my camping blanket and the sack it fits into, which is about the same size too. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01KF7IVXA/ref=mp_s_a_1_17?ie=UTF8&qid=1491900643&sr=8-17&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=double+black+diamond+packable+down+throw This is a happy accident that perfectly fits into my OCD. Score! I am absolutely chuffed. I'm pretty sure that's the exact opposite of squinty eyed and shouty. Yes, this is indeed the mosquito netting you been looking for.

Fine mesh is excellent.
Arrived very fast. Beautiful soft, clean, fine mesh, no odors right out of the box, well constructed, fits my full size bed. I am glad I went with the rectangular style for a more open effect over the bed. There is excellent air flow through the mesh, I feel the cooling fan breeze, and enjoy watching the soft flow/movement of the mesh as I relax before sleep. Feeling zen with this charming and bug free zone in my house, wish I had purchased sooner. I am going to buy some incense. Tried to show how fine this mesh is in the pics, but this was not very easy, some pics mesh looks huge? It stretches one direction only and is susceptible to snagging on any sharp edge/object. I purchased two nets and have made a doorway curtain and a head net. The mesh was difficult to cut in a straight line, slippery. It will take a very warm iron and wrinkles come out, so I am guessing you could throw this in the dryer before hanging, work fast, you will get a much prettier effect over the bed. I plan to purchase a steam cleaner and will use this to iron mine while hanging. Highly recommend! Thank you Amazon and Even Naturals!
