Does Chiagoo make a double pointed needle set in larger sizes?

Yes, but not as a kit. Only sold individually

Do these have a satin finish?

No. I'd say they are in between. They aren't satin, and are shiny and smooth, but not so smooth that stitches slipped off with normal use. I think they have great grip with the stitches and are comfortable to hold. Honestly, I prefer these over my Addi's.

Do the smaller sizes (0, 1) bend when you use them?

No and I'm pretty hard on needles.
