I use this beater to make cakes. It works as advertised. I did not need to scrape the bowl while blending the batter. It will blend everything without leaving any mix dry. However the instructions say to place the liquid into the bowl first for a reason. This will ensure complete mixing. Also start the mixing slowly before turning up the speed. Your cake will turn out beautifully. 5/8/2017 It has been a year and I use this attachment in place of the regular "K" beater most of the time. It will blend dry ingredients completely. It also does a good job creaming room temperature cream cheese and butter. This purchase was definitely worth it!

My original metal attachment was getting beaten up and I replaced it once. But within six months, that was getting bad. I seriously considered to downgrade to KitchenAid standup mixer but I found this new attachment. This may be the best thing happened in my kitchen.... so do not hesitate. You will love this.

The very expensive mixer scraper(supposedly) doesn't touch anything that I put in my mixer. I made the adjustments and it did nothing. This purchase was money given away. The attachment was not made for my mixer. (Kenwood 7QT Titanium)

We had our mail stolen and started using a PO Box which turned out to be a total pain. I installed this box last night and it should work well. The only complaint I have is the locks Are crappy, they need to be upgraded. Another thing is the bracket that is recommended that is not As beefy as I would like it to be.

Terrific scraper beater for Kenwood Chef. It does a great job at scraping down the sides of the bowl when making desserts, etc. Highly recommended, terrific seller.

Werkt zeer goed om bloed 'in beslag' te mengen zonder de lucht eruit te kloppen. Voor bisquit of cake en dergelijke. Is niet echt goedkoop, maar het doet wel perfect waarvoor ik het kocht. Is op een titanium chef baker. Als je een KL hebt, er zit ook een langer stangetje bij zodat je die ook op de hoger XL kom kan gebruiken. Maar ik merk dat je op de gewone (5L) al een stuk van de bovenste rand blijft. Mocht de spatel nog een 3-4tal cm hoger zijn geweest was hij echt perfect.

Otra ventaja es que trae una llave de kenwook para ajustar los ejes de todos los accesorios y un eje de repuesto.
