The line drawings are just perfect, full of character. The stories are quite unusual, not much of a story arc but really sweet.

What's not to love about getting all the main Moonmin stories in one package! The onlydownside to the whole thing is that they don't actually come in a box so they are all loose. It would have been a very nice addition to have that as well. But on the upside I can now design my own I guess :)

I’m pleasantly surprised as looking at other reviews I wasn’t sure what I was going to receive howe I love the Moomin series so I knew I’d love it. So I am very pleased to see not only all 8 booke but matching covers so they’re from the same set. I look forward to reading them all and getting lots of use out them. The books themselves I’d say are Ideal for older kids like 8-12 however they’re a fun read for anyone older. I struggle with dyslexia and I find them really easy and fun to read however that just my experience, I’d recommend loaning a one of them from a library before buying the set.

Everything a poor boy or an old man like me could wish for. Sublime. I have noticed though that my wife (long-suffering) Jill is singularly ambivalent to the charm of a Moomin. Maybe, just maybe she thinks a 70 something year old man should be investing his O.A.P. more wisely.

Love the books, they take back to the fond memories from my childhood. Prompt delivery, arrived well packaged, no damage to any of the books, feel lovely and the stories are great. For anyone who loves Moomins, it is a lovely addition to the Moomin books collection.
