Yummy sauce!
When i cant get ddukbokki from the local Korean eatery, i like that i can make my own, and this is just about the tastiest sauce and while it’s meant for tteok (korean rice cakes), i use it with rice noodles too. Sweet and spicy but not too spicy!

Try it with frozen gyoza.. Awesome!!
I thought it was good - good enough to buy again the next day.. I'm a big fan of sweet and spicy. I bought a pack of the rice cakes as well but it seemed like too much sauce for the amount of cakes so I added frozen pork gyoza and I had some hard boiled eggs I needed to get rid of so I put those in as well.. Turned out pretty good but I'm came to the conclusion that I liked it with the gyoza better more than the rice cake.

This sauce had a sweet scent, like a super sweet scent. It was very spicy as well. I will never purchase the sauce again the sweet scent just threw me off.
